I drove all the way from Zanesville to an upgrade, and the guy that works there acted like he didn't want to service us because we showed up at 7:30 . They had 30 minutes to do everything . We had asked him if he had the phones in stock, and he proceeded to tell us that when if we did the upgrade, it would talk 2 to 3 hours . It would talk that long to do it . The guy I spoke with was very unprofessional his pants were sagging really, really bad, and he had to be high because of his actions of how he was doing things . I had told him that I was interested in the iPhone and he went in the back and said that the he didn't notice if they had any because they are normally go so fast . But proceeded to tell me that all the iPhone boxes are the fastest models while he is putting at the 15 pro phone and then says all the boxes are different sizes . Horrible customer service !!!

Have had multiple techs out to figure out why i have no internet or speeds as low as 65-80 mbs while paying for a gig . after many failed attempts by their "trained professionals" to remedy the issue , they told me they have no clue , sorry ... so i call the IT line only to be told "maybe you should downgrade to the lowest package since you are not getting the speeds your paying for" .... not a offer to credit my account for all the months i was paying for their top tier , nothing ... this company has a monopoly in this area and needs addressed or at least Act like they care about their customers .. if i pay the same way they expect me to accept their response on the service provided then i should be able to only pay 1/5th of my bill and keep service .. Utter joke service

So I've had multiple outages for my internet. Over the past few weeks, leading more than 4 hours. And when I called in to complain about this because I now have another outage and my husband works from how is he supposed to complete his job? When there are all these outages and now I can't get compensation because your guy's as policy is at every single time, they have to be more than 4 hours. If I'm holding up my end of the agreement and paying my bill. Don't you think you guys should be holding up your end of the bargain? And either compensating for this and/or making sure that your service doesn't have outed. Just like this? The representative that I talked to her name was Carol and she refused to acknowledge or look up any of the dates and after I gave her all the dates because I get text message confirmation.She said she couldn't find any of them.Seems kind of fishy to me.Don't you think a multi million dollar company that can't keep their word ha...

Terrible service internet goes out at least once a week. All of their “agents” aren’t helpful when asking for a solution to my problem they give me the same solution to “reboot” my internet which goes out after a day. Im paying almost $100 a month for 500mbps and only get around 100 and was also told that it’s $75 a month and WILL NOT go up at all which is false. And when asking for a simple discount for this whole month of me not being able to use my service they refuse all the way. 1000% do not recommend get your service from someone more reliable.

My experience with Spectrum on Thursday, June 20 was outstanding. My Store Specialist, Christopher Kerns, did a great job. Christopher assisted us in choosing a phone and explained our Spectrum invoices and canceled our AT&T service. My husband and I are both 76 and know just enough about cell phones to get us in trouble. Christopher was very helpful and explained things clearly.

I must say I’m very impressed with CSR Chris Kerns. He explained each and every detail and cost to us, he was so helpful and professional. Our Tech Cole was here this afternoon and did a bang up job getting us started he explained how we could use our equipment and made sure that we at ease with it.
Thank you Lancaster Spectrum, you got 2 great employees.

Brandon Williams is the RUDEST associate I’ve ever seen in my life. Rude with my grandmother both times she went in there. Mumbled so she could not even understand him. Not helpful at all. My grandmother is a paying customer and has been for years but I will gladly switch her if she’s going to be disrespected! Would not recommend this place. Go to a different spectrum!

This cable service is the worst around they charge you out the Ying yang for cable. You get the same channels above channel 90 the only difference is their in H.D. whoopi. The internet is the only thing that is worth the money and its high priced and when are we going to get another cable company in town so they can be competitive.

These are good people who do their level best to handle a fractious technology that's at a stage of development comparable to the Model T Ford automobile. They've always been fair, and customer service has been excellent.

Rudest guy i’ve ever met never had a problem at another spectrum until i went to the one in lancaster bc my phone had a hair pin crack in it said it would fall back on him if he took it in on trade in but the phone looks brand new
