I applied for financing and was promptly contacted by a sales representative. They guided me through the entire process, including the timing and location for picking up my vehicle. Upon visiting the dealership, I completed the paperwork and received my car. The only minor inconvenience was the 30-40 minute wait for the finance company to approve the dealership's paperwork; some customers reportedly experienced wait times of up to three hours. Once the approval was secured, I received the keys and was on my way.

I would really like to give them a 0 they don't even deserve 1 star.
If you're searching for a reliable vehicle or a legit sales person, don't go hear.
We purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder from these guys about 7 months ago it has been nothing but a headache one thing after another. Coolant leak, oil leak, Struts & Schokes, tires, brakes, back door not working, water leaking under the floor board on the front passenger side, check engine light on, catalytic converter & 02 censor, radio has popping noise was told it was the amp. Well, we have replaced the amp, and that wasn't the problem it still doing it. And the list goes on. And know we can't even drive it, so again, it sits with issues.
I expect to have some issues when buying a used vehicle, but I put $4000. down to get my payment where I needed it and on top of all the issues this is excessive so this tells me they don't check any of their cars out before selling them, they just sell junk.
I needed a good vehicle for work it has been in the garage and costing me more than what it's worth. It has been sitting more than I have been able to drive it.

i purchased my vehicle on march 28th. i have had to replace a tire when it just suddenly went flat, my radio went out within the first 9 days, my windshield wipers broken within the first 14 days, another part for my radio was broken, and now either my brake pads or rotors have just went bad today, totaling over almost 1200 dollars in repairs with just about the best warranty they offered. in the end i have a car that i can barely drive for 2-3 weeks consecutively without another issue arising. they will not ever get my business again nor will they get the business of any family/anyone i can help from making a horrible car buying decision. upon getting home my back right car door doesn’t open now as well!

He even removed a toolbox that was drilled into the cargo van I bought, though he didn’t have to.**Update** Unfortunately, two months later, my engine went out . It’s a bad position to be in bc it’s my work vehicle.

I had an excellent buying experience here! Luke was not only patient, he was super helpful. He even removed a toolbox that was drilled into the cargo van I bought, though he didn’t have to. I strongly suggest giving them a try if you are in the market for good service and a reliable vehicle! I’ll be back to add more to my fleet!

The worst car buying experience I have ever dealt with. I would have respect them if they would even honest and stated everything that was wrong with the vehicle. No they fabricate online like you're getting a steal buying the vehicle in actuality it's plenty of things wrong with the vehicle you will not notice on that measly test drive. I have been fixing problem after problem since having it in my possession. I had to park my car for a month because they messed up on the paperwork causing a delay in me receiving my tag. I had to pay a late fee in which I asked them to reimburse to me. They kept giving me me the , "oh, I'm going to put it in the mail" line just to not even attempt to pay for their mistake. Please shop around and find someone that doesn't just want to take your money but is truly concerned about you getting the best vehicle within your budget. This place doesn't portray those types of qualities. I do not recommend at ALL.

Bought a vehicle from Rick. It was a used vehicle. He doesn't always know what is wrong with them, that's why is called a used car dealership. He treated me very well. My suggestion is to buy the extended warranty. I did. I hope he doesn't let me down. So far, so good. Thanks Rick, and Corey. People need to look the vehicle over. No one is forcing you to buy from them. It's called as is. That's why I bought the extended warranty.

Worse dealership ever. Bought a truck from them and should have test drive it longer because after I bought it and started driving it- one thing after another needs replaced. Had to replace struts, inner and outer tie rod ends,sway bar links and bushings and needs new control arm bushings plus the timing cover leaks and it has a broken leaf spring. That’s only 3000 miles since I’ve owned it. The extended warranty I purchased says the timing cover gasket is not covered even though I purchased the plus warranty. Would not recommend dealing with them They cleaned everything really well so it took a little while to see the leak. Will never deal with them again they are crooked and don’t care what kind of junk they sell

I bought a hummer h3 from them. the people was great the transaction went smoothly I would recommend them of course you might get a car that may or may not have something wrong with it. But that's the price you pay when buying used. Heck even purchasing a new vehicle sometimes ends in a bad way.

Have had the truck about a year and it was junk when I bought it and it is still junk today. To deep into repairs to get rid of it and can’t afford to replace it.
