o came here three times alot ! Culture shcok didferent rule abd law ! one thing i learn today is DO NOT PLACE YOUR GYM BAG ON THE FLOOR ! Dunno this only happens in Lancaster OHIO - or different gym place different rule - ur asbolutely I DONT KNOW - I guess I should be feel bad because its not mention written or reminder - The staff came to me and let me know - Which is I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN a Fyr i did thus bexause ive only 30 minss gym by goin to licker find and place put bag and hit the treadmil sometime scan take up to 4 mins - but definetly will no pkace the bag on the floor again - Peace :)

When I first joined this specific Planet Fitness the staff were great but it has recently gone down hill and inappropriate behavior has become the norm for gym staff. I spoke to the General Manager Emily in regards to her staff member Elizabeth's aggressive behavior and it was obvious from her tone of voice to response that she did not care about how the gym members are treated. This has been allowed with previous staff members as experienced with other gym members whom are friends. These friends as well as myself have been made to feel uncomfortable walking into the gym from staff members. Based off of the most recent incident I am canceling my membership. I would recommend choosing a different gym with better leadership in Lancaster. Aggression should never be accepted in a place of business. Do better planet fitness and I encourage the owner to reach out to me as numbers of recent cancelations speaks volumes. Change starts with one speaking out.

Pretty nice place, if I wasn't in extremely poor shape I would consider working out there. By that I mean I'm currently on a feeding tube and super malnourished, but when I'm healthy enough to start exercising again, I'll probably go there

This is a nice PF. The staff are kind and helpful. The gym is clean. The only downside is the tanning beds smell like a ball pit full of shoes. I would suggest a stand up. Otherwise a good location! Would chose this one over Pickerington any day.

Gym is absolutely perfect to the extent it can be. The price is unbelievably low and the staff is awesome. I recommend this to anyone that wants a new gym or to tan, hell they even have a massage bed and red light therapy in their spa. Great place to work out. Great people. Oh, and they sell beverages for cheap, especially if you have the black card plan. It cost a little more but worth it on epic levels. Their beds to tan say level 2 but my wife tells me that in her old tanning place, they were level 3 of 4 because of the wattage it uses. I believe they are 20 and the lower bed they have is 16, but don't quote me on that. I'm pretty sure though. I recommend this establishment 100%, no questions asked.

I loved the machines and how everyone was non-judgmental, but the customer service was awful, the employees gave a bad attitude toward everything and every question I asked. They also insulted my intelligence by treating me like I’m dumb whenever I asked a question. Other than that, it’s a pretty nice place to work out, but seriously, the employees need to be put in line.

People like Colton Ramey are complaining about homeless people using the showers at the gym? ? How did they get into Planet Fitness without a membership? Wait .. they DO have a membership? Well that means they are on the same level as you! Wow Colton, a percentage of homeless people showering so they don't smell bad. You need Jesus

First time at this location. The employees I interacted with were all very nice and helpful! Very clean with tons of equipment. Happy to call this my new home gym.
