On par with every other pet store around, I find these places slightly pricey, they do offer support groups, training, shot clinics and much more. I have not participated in any of these classes, but I do think that it is useful for pet owners to have to option for these services. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and ready to help.

Check the prices on the shelf to the prices they ring up at the register. 90% of what I just bought had to be fixed. This is either the worst managed store or they are trying to straight up comit fraud on their customers. Honestly, not sure what's worse incompetence of an entire management team or theft

PLEASE READ! If you get your dog groomed here make sure your beloved pup isnt seen by Sam. (Be careful if you book with someone else it will probably be changed, when you drop your dog off make sure you say you DONT WANT SAM TOUCHING YOUR DOG (or use one of the other 4 groomers in the city) I came in the other day to check my dog in and while I was doing so with another groomer I saw Sam lift a small brown dog by its arm completely in the air, why screaming at it like a teenager that was just broken up with. The groomer checking me in apologized for what I saw but said management knows how she treats dogs yet doesnt do anything to stop it. I asked for Sams name and decided to talk to the store manager to find out if that's the case or they just cover for each other (you never know) I was told by the store manager (badge said brian) that if it wasnt my dog to "mind my own business, or find another groomer. Wow petsmart this has to be an outlier. Employing an animal abuser while the manager yells at a customer for bringing a concern to his attention. I use to love this store. Started falling apart about 6 months ago. Dont know when I'll be back.

Needed to return an item and one of the workers tried to tell me it was a felon to return the item without the original card even though I had the receipt not to mention was rude. Will not be going back
