“Prices are significantly higher than that of Rural King, which would be my only complaint. If you don't get control of your inflated pricing, you will be the next on the chopping block. Furthermore, the fact that you have 2 TSC stores in Lancaster, population 40,000+/-, means that you are cannibalizing your own stores, monopolizing the area, in an attempt to keep the likes of Rural King out. This doesn't mean you're a "bad" store. To the contrary, TSC is a great store. You need to consider adjusting your profit margin expectations and pass the savings on to the customers. The increase in traffic would offset your adjusted net profit expectations, thus appeasing your shareholders.”

“From the first call to get a same day quote on a groom package for our poodle, Gram, we knew we were in good hands. We never had a dog that needed groomed and even though we tried to brush him we didn’t know what we were doing. We brought Gram in to our house to save him from going to the pound. He is a special dog who has found his place within my ever growing family. Gram was matted looking like bear. We knew he would have to be shaved after looking up how to care for poodles. We were okay with it. We asked if there was a way to not shave him completely bald. The employee at the front desk said they would try their best to leave some. They quoted us a couple of hours. Then they called us and let us know it would be a couple more hours because he was so matted that they had been working on him since he came in. They quoted us another price for their troubles and their time. We agreed to it. When I went into pick up Gram, he looked like a completely different dog. They were able to keep some hair on him and not shave him bald and keep his hair on his ears. We are so thankful of the groomers that handled Gram. He will now be able to see which way his ball goes after the kids throw it.”

“The young lady in the dog grooming area is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and very good with the dogs. The price to clip nails was more than half less than everyone else. The store is very clean and stocked with everything. I will DEFINITELY be a regular customer now!!”
