339 Reber Ave, LancasterFrom the first call to get a same day quote on a groom package for our poodle, Gram, we knew we were in good hands. We never had a dog that needed groomed and even though we tried to brush him we didn’t know what we were doing. We brought Gram in to our house to save him from going to the pound. He is a special dog who has found his place within my ever growing family. Gram was matted looking like bear. We knew he would have to be shaved after looking up how to care for poodles. We were okay with it. We asked if there was a way to not shave him completely bald. The employee at the front desk said they would try their best to leave some. They quoted us a couple of hours. Then they called us and let us know it would be a couple more hours because he was so matted that they had been working on him since he came in. They quoted us another price for their troubles and their time. We agreed to it. When I went into pick up Gram, he looked like a completely different dog. They were able to keep some hair on him and not shave him bald and keep his hair on his ears. We are so thankful of the groomers that handled Gram. He will now be able to see which way his ball goes after the kids throw it.

In fact, I had two dogs euthanized at two different times and was treated with great kindness throughout the process. The whole office was very professional and helpful. If I still lived in the lancaster area I would still take my dog to this practice.

They are sensitive when it comes time to say goodbye, too. They make it a little easier and are extremely professional and give you time to say goodbye and allow you to hold them until the end. It's heartbreaking, but they handled our boy so nicely. They aren't super expensive like some places can be. They are reasonably priced and top notch care, it's a win win man.

1951 Granville Pike, LancasterF.I.D.O. Is an amazing place!!! My dog, 7 months old, goes here on a daily basis, within doggie day care. She loves it there so much that she honestly gets bored on the weekends and seems to cannot wait to return on Mondays. She literally plays ALL day! The ladies who take care of the dogs are all amazing and the pricing of the packages are definitely worth every penny.

2521 E Main St, LancasterI have an Old English Sheepdog, and Jessica Bigham does amazing with him!! Jessica pays a great deal of attention my dog. She even discovered Charlie had a skin condition that was caused by the diet he was on. Without her showing me, and giving me tips and suggestions, I wouldn’t have known! She even advised me what to do when he was sprayed by a skunk! Charlie loves going to Paw and Order. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot!Jessica can bond with ALL animals. My mind is at great ease knowing Charlie is safe and in amazing hands while being groomed.

111 N Columbus St, LancasterWe came for the burgers and JB's did not disappoint. Two quarter patties side by side on a toasted hoagie bun. A variety of toppings. Made to perfection. Even the sides, coleslaw and onion rings, were better than most places. Menu does include other sandwiches, salads and desserts. Also, they offer breakfast. The service was fast & friendly. Nice atmosphere. Two separate rooms. One seems more for dining. If in the Lancaster downtown area, highly recommend.

The best kept secret is theur BBQ food truck on site. Highly recommend the pull pork Sammy with spicy BBQ sauce.

Hostess taking our order was incredibly helpful with information and suggestions. Staff was friendly and efficient. Chai lattes seemed a bit sweet but were fine. It was our first visit but will definitely not be our last!
