Would definitely use Personal Touch again for any event. We rented two tents (40x60, 20x60), tables, and chairs for our daughters wedding and it was exactly what we needed to make her outdoor wedding work! Everyone was very friendly and Karyl is so nice and informative!

These guys are amazing!! We had a backyard wedding and used Personal Touch for the tent, tables, and linens. The guys who came for the installation were awesome! Very friendly and helpful! The tent was beautiful, and they helped make our wedding perfect

I had a great experience with Person Touch. They knew my venue like the back of their hand, knew exactly how many tables of each size would fit and made great recommendations. They have literally EVERYTHING you can think of to make your celebration even better!

Karyl was wonderful to work with and very easy to get in contact with and planning my wedding rental items. She was very helpful with what I needed and in getting us what we wanted. The items rented were all in good shape and nice. The sequence gold table clothe I used for my cake table was perfect!

The owner- Karyl is one of the worst customer service representatives we have ever had the displeasure of working with. So extremely happy with our experience. We had a general idea of what we were wanting for our engagement party brunch and they had everything we could have ever needed. After telling them about our vision they walked us through their showroom where they have tons of different products on display. We told them what food we were serving and they gave great suggestions on what serving trays would work best. I was so excited about all the different options available across all product categories. They came a few days before the event to drop everything off and set up the tent. Delivery was simple and they even spent extra time making sure there were no marks on our beautiful white tent. Pick up was just as flawless. Personal Touch takes away so much of the stress in planning a special event. If you need any sort of rental product from tents & chairs to serving equipment this is the place to go!

We recently rented several items from Personal Touch for my daughter's September wedding. I just have to say... Karyl is absolutely excellent at her job! She was so knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning of the process all the way through to the end! We have also recently used the Budget Rental side of their business for moving some furniture and other items from Ohio to Texas, and that was also a very smooth process! Very good experience with Personal Touch all the way around!!
