Spring is here and gardening begins. I have been to Ohio Mulch 3 times this season. I was greeted by Keenan, the manager, each time. I told him what I wanted and he asked me what my plans were. He then gave me different suggestions to help me with my plans. Keenan was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The place looks great! It is organized and neat. Keenan has done a great job since he became manager.

We buy bulk Mulch and Green Envy garden soil. Soil is amazing. Delivery is always timely and helpful.

Ordered 5 yards of “topsoil”. The fine print indicated may contain some compost. What they delivered me was 5 yards of mulch scraps. Completely useless and then they proceeded to dump it on my gravel driveway instead of the bright pink flag in the dirt I told them to dump it on. Very disappointed and I feel ripped off.

Price of sand is 6x the price in logan where I ended up getting it... but the guy on the bobcat telling me I don't need to hit the scale because he's good at guessing... priceless!!!!

Poor service, they had mulch stacked next to the scale could not get my dump trailer on it. And to start with they sat on the scale with a fork lift for about five minutes before they asked what I wanted. I don’t think I will go back with that kind of service.

I was super nervous getting my mulch from here after reading some of these reviews, however, for me, it worked out fine. I ordered my mulch online, through through their corporate website. I read all the notes about my delivery. I picked a day several days before I needed it. I knew I may or may not get it. But it arrived on the day I scheduled it. The driver was friendly, and without me even really telling him, pulled up to the tarp I had laid down and dropped my mulch perfectly.
