“Garrett was amazing. We arrived with phone issues that we had been dealing with for roughly one year. My husband and I were both due for an upgrade. I really wanted to get a phone that could be charged using a phone pad charger. Unfortunately, I would have had to purchase a phone costing over $400. Garrett patiently tested all phone possibilities starting with the least expensive and upward to determine which phone could be charged using the charging pad. As stated before, he was able to find one that would work but this phone was out of our budget. He answered all of our questions and he is very knowledgeable regarding current technology. He was able to explain that, although it may seem that the prices seem high for various phones/ accessories, that Cricket offers high quality items. Excellent service and interesting interaction. Top-notch service solved my problems in my complicated life.And I walked out with four brand new phones! “Stopped at Verizon in Lancaster, Ohio yesterday to see if I was eligible for any promotions or upgrades. It went so well that not only did I leave with a new iPhone 15 but so did my fiancé!! :) We also found out that they offer cheaper bundles for streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube Premium, HBOMax, etc so we signed up for those as well to save some money. I’m essentially paying what I was already paying before for these streaming services plus my phone bill but we left with 2 brand new phones after trading in my iPhone 12 and his iPhone 11. It was a pleasant surprise. Mark Caudill helped us and he was very patient, friendly, and informative. He answered all of our questions and got us overall a great deal. The manager…Joe or John was his name I think?…was also super nice and asked how we were doing as well as. We live in Columbus, Ohio but will be returning to this location in the future due to the great experience. Thank you very much Verizon.
