“I was in the Kohl's store in Lancaster, Ohio shopping for a baby shower gift and was very pleased to find that Kohl's was having a nice sale on Carter Baby Clothing. I love shopping for baby clothing and other Carter products. with the sale, I was able to purchase several very nice outfits for the first time Mom to use for her new arrival. I also was able to purchase several articles for myself. I would like to mention the young lady, Laura that checked me out at the register. She was very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. It is always nice to have a nice cheerful professional person checking you out or helping you find something you are looking to purchase. I only really had any contact with one other employee while shopping. I had to ask where the cards and wrapping products were now. Since I shopped at your store last, there had been a lot of changes. I stopped a lady employee and ask where it was located, she told me right away. She too was pleasant. Sorry But I didn't get her name. “Store clean and well laid out, the flow of the store is nice and the employees are very helpful. They strike up conversation with you which is nice and makes it a laid back atmosphere. the only downside is the prices are a little high... even with sales.”
