We went in to just 'look' at mattresses. Zachary asked us a few questions and answered our questions. He was super helpful and friendly! We ended up purchasing new mattresses. We love the 0% financing and free delivery.

I need a mattress and was planning to purchase one next year. I saw Mattress Firm next door to where I stopped for lunch.I went in to get over sticker shock. Charlie did a computerized mattress match by asking a few questions on my sleep habits. Then let me know that they were offering 0% interest. I bought a mattress! And it's being delivered for free in 3 days!

Cheyenne from the Lancaster store did an amazing job at helping us pick out a mattress that was just right for us. She listened to all of our concerns, answered all of our questions, showed us several different options, had us lay on them and finally helped us settle on the perfect one. She definitely went above and beyond for us.

Went in to get a cheaper mattress for my daughter to take to college. Sales person was super friendly and helpful. We told her what we wanted, and she found a couple that fit the bill for us. She got them down and set them on a base for my daughter to try. Checkout was easy, and she helped us get it loaded in our vehicle to take home. A+
