I contacted Alec at Coughlin in search of my second choice Kia Carnival, he was able to work some magic and get me my first choice which I never thought he or anyone else local would find (especially not before December)! They had to get the car from another dealership a fair distance away from Lancaster but in less than two days from reaching out they got me into my new Carnival and I couldn’t be happier with the car or the service I received from Alec and the rest of the team at Coughlin Kia!

Nate Lamore was very professional, he prioritized the service repairs by safety recommendations and kept me informed of the work along the way. He even noticed that I was very uncomfortable sitting on their chairs therefore making arrangements for me to be more comfortable while waiting on my vehicle. That is outstanding service to me. My truck drives like it is brand new. Great work! I will return going forward for service repairs.

I took my car into Coughlin of Lancaster for an oil change and recall. Making the appointment was very convenient, I received a couple of reminders and had a great experience with the service department. They even washed my car!!!

Went in with a check engine light on. Got it diagnosed- needed four new spark plugs. Spark plugs are normally $5-$10/piece and we were told they would be about $25/piece for the plugs via the dealership, which is fine considering I wasn’t installing them. Picked up the car and the cost of labor for the plugs was $125. I know dealerships aren’t cheap but charging $125 for labor for replacing four spark plugs is wild. I could have done it myself for $50. Overall cost for diag, and 4 new spark plugs was $325- that’s unreal.
