I live in New Mexico and I needed a plant to get delivered to a family member in Lancaster. I called and was helped by Carrie, she was helpful and sent me a picture. We got the order completed and it was delivered within hours. I highly recommend this place!

Moved to Lancaster in 2020 and hired the Lancaster Greenhouse Nursery to landscape newer home with trees, shrubs, flowering plants etc, over the last 3 years. They will deliver and plant the large trees and shrubs. (very nice service) They helped with the landscape planning. Four of our trees didn't make the transplant process and Rob came back and replaced them and made it right for us. Good customer service. Rob was very helpful and VERY professional. A VERY good business overall for those needing their property 'spruced up' as we did here.

Do not recommend for novice or beginners. While they have some great plants, the employees are not very knowledgeable about them. I unfortunately had an employee speak as if they knew about the terrarium plants they sell. Even gave me to steps to setting it up and what to buy. Another employee searched for moss for me to use. Cut to a week later, my terrarium has tons of mold. When I call they tell me "we are not plant experts. But you don't want to put moss with that type of plant. " okay, cool to know now... and when I asked if they would share with their staff so it wouldn't happen in future... "idk who you spoke with and we are not experts." So again, not for beginners, or just Google and don't listen to what they say. If you tell me you know what you're talking about, why would I assume any differently?

Love this place!!! I've driven by it many times, and so gad I finally decided to stop in. It's so cute inside and the staff is so friendly. There are so many plants and at a great price. I will definitely continue to go back.

What an amazing find!! They had an amazing selection and so many awesome plants with really reasonable prices. The staff was so sweet and friendly, they went out of their way to make sure our experience was pleasant even though they were in the midst of switching up decor. I stumbled in because we were in the area but we will definitely be making the hour trip back to get plants for the summer.
