Staff is great and this has NOTHING to do with them, it has EVERYTHING to do with Kroger Corporation. First stop raising prices. At some point it’s enough. Second you should end Click List. You can’t staff for it. It shouldn’t take more than 24 hours to get your groceries. Just tell us that you can’t staff/keep staff to do this program. At some point they have to realize that it’s not working. If you pulled the staff from click list and had them be stockers/cashiers then stuff could run more smoothly in the store. Also whoever design the store with the long aisles to should be fired immediately. It’s the absolute worse walking back and forth through those long aisles. Completely worthless. You are lucky this is the only grocery store on my side of town. If I had options that were just as close then I would be going there but I just have to deal with what I have. Ugh this place stinks because Kroger Corp and made every bad decision imaginable in the last 6 years.

I use the click list often, and it's normally Aydin that helps us with our groceries. This young man is always polite and kind. We need more Aydins in this world. I hope this review reaches his direct manager and also relayed to him about how much he is appreciated.

UPDATE 10/4/23Nearly everything I was shopping for was in stock which is GREAT!! Store was clean. Cashier, bagger and customer service desk worker were all pleasant, smiling and helpful. Very good visit this time!UPDATE 8/9/23They had no hot fried chicken when I went at 330pm. Their app says fried chicken is available everyday from 11am-7pm. When I asked, the young lady told me they fry it at 11am, set it out on the shelf and when it's gone, it's gone. Just the thought that there could be fried chicken that's been sitting around since 11am, I'll think twice before I buy it again. So, if that's how they want to sell it, fine but change the app!! If I had known I had to show up earlier, I certainly would have but I was going by what they advertised10/22 They seem to be getting better at having the basics stocked.

I have been going to Kroger for many years. It has always been my favorite grocery shopping location where I knew I could expect good selection and quality. Recently, however, I have reconsidered my choice. Selection has deteriorated significantly, items have been frequently out of stock or out of reach, items often have no price marked, and their "sales" options are driving me crazy. Items everywhere have multiple sales option lables on their shelves, for example: regular sale items, buy 5 and get a lower price sales items, digital coupon sales, etc. which leave you reading the fine print on a seemingly endless number of little shelf labels everywhere. The digital coupon system is a nightmare, and their app doesn't even work when I am inside the store - so I wind up not buying that product and being very annoyed with the whole thing. Overall a frustrating experience.

So, I love this Kroger however, this is my 3rd time getting 80/20 beef from them and it goes bad BEFORE the date! I bought this Sunday afternoon and use a small portion that day. Wrapped it up with press n seal and noticed last night that it went bad! This is so much money and food to waste?? I'm sick of it and left with the bill.

Every time I go to order something online, they are out of at least half the items I needed. Very poor delivery. *edit* I know this may not be Krogers fault as Instacart have taken over the delivery process which is sad. They are a greedy and soulless company. Those of you working for Instacart, I get it, you have bills to pay, but you should truly put more effort into working for a local small scale company. They may not pay as much, but I can’t imagine you all are banking and balling off of Instacart, especially since I refuse to leave more than a 5% tip for anyone coming from this Kroger. Booooo Instacart?. *last edit * sorry but if you need a real job talk to me. I also understand that you can skip Instacart and have Krogers straight deliver, but I pay freaking 13$ a month for Kroger boost to have my stuff arrive much later. Please someone grow a brain and fix this conundrum.

Becoming disappointed with the fresh produce. Prices are higher than ever before and the produce is normally always bad. Since the new management or owner who ever it is, I've notice more and more fresh produce that is questionable or just completely rotten. Flies infest sweet potatoes and onions while bell peppers and grapes have loads of mold that's clearly visible at just a glance. I'm not happy about having to pay more for shrunken portions of food and now those shrunken amounts are also molded and spoiled and barely last 2 days in my fridge.

Store is very clean and everything in it's place. Produce is always fresh and large selection. Large selection of breads and bakery goods too. Wide isles and helpful, friendly staff most of the time.
