This pharmacy is terrible, the service techs are rude and they lieto you, my script was supposed to be filled 4 days ago but they said my medicine was on back order and that they would have it four days later, i go in four days later and they still dont have it. I highly recommend you dont use this so called pharmacy if you expect to get what you need when you need it, if you dont care then this is the pharmacy for uou.

I don't know what has happened recently to this pharmacy whether it is understaffing or bad staffing but the lines are out of control. There will be 8 people in line one at the register and people just looking at the line and not opening a second line.

Horrible service. Go elsewhere. Lines always so long, can't answer the phone, no problem solving skills whatsoever. God forbid you come in around lunch time when they want to close. Can't get any decent help.

They can never answer the phone. I’ve called 6 times in the past 2 days n nobody answers the phone. Now if I call another pharmacy they answer right away. Y can’t this pharmacy do that? U can’t tell me that they r too busy to answer phone calls! It’s absolutely ridiculous

If you go to Krogers pharmacy make sure you open that bottle on the counter in front of them and count your pills because when you get pills for mouth surgery they seem to dissolve and then they give you 1 1/2 pills so watch it everybody count your pills does it ripens off. Second time that they have done this first time I thought it was my fault I might drop some of the dust cuz they fall apart in a bottle cuz they're old and that's what pills do when they're old and get and that's what pills do when they're old and get moisture! Force of wonderful team there said no these pills aren't known for falling apart which they are any benzos fall apart with a little bit of moisture in there once they're old so that being said watch your back to everybody because they'll rip you off and then they want you to bring it back in I didn't open my bag until right before I needed to take it for my surgery and then I dumped it out I have pictures the little piece they put in to add it was not even have a pill it was like a 16th of a pill so yeah watch you guys

After 5 years of patience with this pharmacy I have made the decision to move my prescription needs to Walgreens.To the best of my recollection I have never been able to pick up a prescription at the time they said it would be ready. I always call the day before they are to fill a prescription I have on file to remind them to fill it for the next day and agree on a time. This of course is a call and agreement that proves pointless each and every time because the prescription is never ready at the agreed time. Then to add insult to your efforts to be efficient many times they will not have a medication in stock or not enough quantity and even though you gave a reminder call the day before no one at the pharmacy took the time to actually see if the prescription could be filled. The customer service that follows is rude and they try and make you feel that I you have no reason to be upset.I have taken prescriptions to drop off and wait for them to fill but the wait time has never been under 2 hours.The staff is only as good as it's leadership and when they are instructed to give erroneous information to the customers you can't blame them. They are often confused about your prescription and what info the customer has been given previously by other staff.So far Walgreens has never made me wait more than 20 minutes for a walk in prescription. They have notified at the time of drop off if the prescription was in inventory. Their communication is accurate and proactive unlike reactive at Kroger.I believe in the review network and I have made very few negative reviews and never on a first experience. Sadly, Kroger has earned this review on their on merit.

I love shopping at Kroger's but I absolutely hate their pharmacy. Extremely rude and the wait times are crazy. Staff was even rude with my doctors office. My family will never get anything filled here again

The ladies as a few men at the pharmacy are good group of people. Definitely have a lot to do in a days work and have to deal with a bunch of impatient customers on top of having a job to do. You all have always taken care of any problems or issues I may have had. When respect is given you will receive the same energy. And remember people be Patient because not only are they helping you they are help a hundred others at the same time
