I was in the Kohl's store in Lancaster, Ohio shopping for a baby shower gift and was very pleased to find that Kohl's was having a nice sale on Carter Baby Clothing. I love shopping for baby clothing and other Carter products. with the sale, I was able to purchase several very nice outfits for the first time Mom to use for her new arrival. I also was able to purchase several articles for myself. I would like to mention the young lady, Laura that checked me out at the register. She was very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. It is always nice to have a nice cheerful professional person checking you out or helping you find something you are looking to purchase. I only really had any contact with one other employee while shopping. I had to ask where the cards and wrapping products were now. Since I shopped at your store last, there had been a lot of changes. I stopped a lady employee and ask where it was located, she told me right away. She too was pleasant. Sorry But I didn't get her name. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience shopping at your store. Keep up the good work. Karen S Ballou

Since Sephora has come to our kohls it has went down hill the choice of clothing has went down terribly. Also you might as well not have30 and 40 percent off because there are so many items you cant use it on. Im a long time customer but seriously thinking of going else where and thats a shame cause I use to love khols

My girlfriend and I rode the motorcycle to Lancaster and stopped at this Kohls for the first and LAST time. My girlfriend had Kohls cash and we just wanted to see if this store was any different than the one at home and it was, very different. We walked in and the older lady at the register started off nice saying, "hello welcome to....." blank stare.....then trailed off with "kohls....". Didn't think much of it but then everywhere we went in the store, conveniently the store manager would do a walk thru. And while we were checking out, the young girl kept looking around us, acting nervous and giving my girl very, short one word answers when she asked about rewards or Kohls cash. Bikers be ware I suppose.

Our Lancaster store isnt large, but the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they keep the store well organized. I shop in Columbus often and find their shelves and racks a mess. Bigger isnt always better!
