Since Sephora has come to our kohls it has went down hill the choice of clothing has went down terribly. Also you might as well not have30 and 40 percent off because there are so many items you can’t use it on. I’m a long time customer but seriously thinking of going else where and that’s a shame cause I use to love khols

My girlfriend and I rode the motorcycle to Lancaster and stopped at this Kohls for the first and LAST time. My girlfriend had Kohls cash and we just wanted to see if this store was any different than the one at home and it was, very different. We walked in and the older lady at the register started off nice saying, "hello welcome to....." blank stare.....then trailed off with "kohls....". Didn't think much of it but then everywhere we went in the store, conveniently the store manager would do a walk thru. And while we were checking out, the young girl kept looking around us, acting nervous and giving my girl very, short one word answers when she asked about rewards or Kohls cash. Bikers be ware I suppose.

Our Lancaster store isn’t large, but the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they keep the store well organized. I shop in Columbus often and find their shelves and racks a mess. Bigger isn’t always better!

This store is always so clean and organized. There was such a long line at customer service but it only took about 4 minutes because the cashiers were so quick and were able to help everybody quickly. One of the customer service agents even helped a man locate the same pants that he wanted but in a different size by radioing to another employee across the store so that was amazing since he was elderly. Great job
