Caroline did a great job! I filled out our taxes with TurboTax and it said I owed over $1000 to Federal and I’ve never owed before so I went to Jackson Hewitt April 13 and I actually only owed $145 and my state refund was $200 higher than what I figured.

Very pleased with prompt attention and a reasonable amount of time. Agent was very thorough and (not that J-H had anything to do with it) I had refunds across the board and that made the experience super.
