This place is always short handed. The inside wait times are typically 15-25 minutes before you even get to see a teller. They usually only have one teller in front and one teller on drive through who helps when they can. Not sure if they have staffing issues, are oblivious, or just aren’t concerned with good customer service. Once you finally get to see a teller, they are courteous and competent. I am giving them such a low rating due to the excessive wait times.

We opened a Huntington account so that we would have access to a local bank after moving to Ohio. After opening the account we had to fund the account and it just so happened I was staring a new job and my first paycheck was a paper check instead of direct deposit. I did the mobile deposit on the app and was advised the check was held for review. No big deal as most checks are reviewed and processed in about 24 hours, especially payroll checks. I then got a message that my check would be held for a week before funds were available. I have only used about 3 or 4 different other banks in my lifetime but this is the first time a payroll check was not available within 24 hours, or at least a portion of it. Not a great start today using Huntington. The mobile app is pretty user friendly which is the only reason this got a second star.

Tried to open a savings account on a Friday at 330pm and was asked to come back the next day. I explained that I need to open this account to pay bills today and I have 3k that I need to deposit. I was then told there is nothing I can do come back some other time. I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife is closing her account here because I had to go to 5th 3rd to open my account. We will no longer be recommending Huntington Bank to anyone anymore. Terrible customer service.

My husband and I recently closed our accounts with a different bank and switched to Huntington. We went into the Ety Point location and met with Nathan Canter. He was absolutely wonderful and unbelievably helpful. Answered all our questions and even gave us more financial advise without judgment. I am so happy we deceived to switch! Thanks Nathan!

Always have trouble getting deposits to show up in a timely fashion. Got an email for a Zelle deposit showing they got it, it took over a full week for the funds to appear in my account. Similar story with a check from my insurance company for home repairs. Won't be here long, I think...

This bank needs to get their stuff together, at least in my area. ATM’s- all two of them, are always down for one reason or the other. You would think that a bank of this size would and could keep up on their maintenance, but evidently it’s proving to be a difficult task for the people who like to announce their position but can’t handle the day to day workings of running a financial institution. Two stars because SOMETIMES money does go in and out of their machines.

They locked my account because I was buying crypto. Then they never told me and I went to use my card and it was declined. When I called CS, they said I had to go to the nearest bank (20 miles away) to produce a SS card to the teller. I’m going back to PNC. Screw Huntington.
