If you want to be bothered for the rest of your life by Hugh White and their team, then PLEASE give them your contact number when you ask about Purchasing a car. And even though I specifically told the sales person that I did not want to be on any list he insisted that I had to leave my email to get the price and that I would NOT be on any mailing list. What a CROCK! Almost as good as the fake "unsubscribe" button that gives you a notice that the action can't be completed. And so I only ask one small favor. would you please provide ME with the private email of your general manger and owner so that I can sign them up for some spam mail as well. Trust me, I would never do business that knowingly lies to get my private information and then uses it against me. God knows what would have happened if I actually had bought my car from them. Extended warranty anyone? Insurance companies calling you day and night? How about those service reminders? Hugh White is a mess.

Rodney Chapman was an exceptional sales representative. He displayed incredible patience while working with me, a very indecisive customer, over a several week process. His knowledge of the product and attention to detail on what the customer “needs” as opposed to “wants”, enabled me to finally make the correct decision. Coupled with both Matt and Chase, this entire process was far less stressful than it may have otherwise been at a different dealership.

The best auto dealership I have ever dealt with. Matt Pugh and the rest of the dealership staff had great communication and vehicle pickup was super smooth. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely go back for my next vehicle purchase!

Brian Cale was our sales person, and he was by far such an informative sales person with enough knowledge and charisma that we were in Ohio as a stop by for our journey road trip and we left with a new truck. Funny story people apparently like to come here and make promises and then leave them hanging which I don't know why so my spouse left his debit card while he needed to wait for other banks to respond and Brian is so humble he was confused but we just wanted him to know we appreciated him and we were determined to leave with the truck. I just wanted to get pictures and some stuff in the mall because Lancaster was such a humble beautiful town we had the pleasure to stay, but it was just a small time span there. So here we are on our way to our next destination in our truck from the most helpful sales person in Hugh White. It was a pleasure working with Josh also giving us all the information we needed in Finance. Thank you too all the team there. Our upgrade from a 1500 to a 2500 was with ease and painless definitely recommend even if you have to drive whatever hours from whichever state heck it was 10 hours away for us.

I wish I could remember the young man's name who I saw first in the service department when checking in? But he was great, very courteous and explained everything to me. I even asked him about service I will probably look into in the near future on my truck. He went into detail about each service I asked about. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to get these things done. My son in-law recommended Hugh White to me and I'm glad he did.

I hate car shopping. I had been searching for a vehicle online for a few months. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I’d be comfortable with. I found a perfect match online at this dealership, but it was located nearly 3 hours away from me. I reached out for info and Tyler Rinehart was our sales rep from day one.I was hesitant about buying a car so far away, and without having driven it, but Tyler was open and transparent throughout the whole process. I wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger at first, and Tyler was so understanding about it and didn’t push me when I had to walk away.He reached out over a week later with some more info and we had a deal. He kept me informed on every single matter and he made this my best car buying experience ever. Most of the paperwork was done ahead of time, so after the 3 hour drive up there, we were in and out in an hour and a half. We are so thrilled with our vehicle and I can’t recommend Tyler enough!

Very professional on time accurate businessSince I have traded my Impala in at another buyer's location I have been going to Hugh White for my new Chevy and I must say I really appreciate all the help and professionalism that I have gotten and I've also been given information that I did not know which is pick up service and they are great and on time if I could give a 10 star rating I really would thank you anyway Chevrolet for keeping me in my vehicle clean...FastOn timeClean inside waiting areaStaff nice and welcoming ( lady at the front desk in the waiting room is a sweet heart with bubbly energy love it ) Jen in the garage omg she's everything this location is everything thank you all at Hugh for keeping my ride clean but maintenance appreciate all for all the hard work

Service was terrible. Dropped my GMC Acadia off 2 weeks ago for a possible transmission issue. Took them a week and a half to say oh it just needs a transmission fluid clean and serviced. Absolutely horrible about keeping in touch. They would say oh we will call you back and they never would. Took for me and my husband to call multiple times to get updates. Picked my Acadia up today to found out that my vehicle is still doing the issue it was before just wasted $300 for nothing! Highly upset.

Brain who sold us our truck went above and beyond when it came to helping get through the process with two very small little boys, delivering the truck to us at our home & taking the old truck away as well as explaining everything to us in regards to the truck. I was very pleased and surprised how much he cared respectful and had a great experience considering we had the financial issues at first with the banks/dealership that was out of his control.

Service on a 2023 Trailblazer.Scheduled an appointment, earliest available date was 8 days out.Took to scheduled appointment for electrical issue, throwing a code, on Thursday June 8th.I had to call and ask about the car on Friday, June 9th and was informed that the lead electrical person was out on training. But would be back Sat and may have an update on Monday 6/12. I did not hear from the service department on Monday, until I called them and asked for an update in the evening. I was given the run around that they were still looking into the situation. I let 3 more days pass, and again, I had to call them to get an update.....This was THURSDAY 6/15! Calvin told me again basically that they were still not sure of the issue and I informed him that I had just remembered that this issue didn't start happening until i took the new vehicle in to have a heated steering wheel chip installed that wasn't available at the time of purchase. With this conversation on Thursday, I asked that Calvin call and give me an update. Once again, that did not happen and called the for an update and then asked to speak to the service manager at that point. I believe his name was Alex and he wasn't aware that my car had been sitting at the dealership for 8 or 9 days at that point and that there was a problem diagnosing the issue. I explained the entire situation at that point, including that the issue seemingly started when the chip was installed, (which wasn't recorded on my service file, even though I had reported that to Calvin). The service manager did follow through once he was aware that there was an issue and I got my vehicle back on Monday 6/19, 11 days after my schedule appointment for the warranty issue.......... How do you think this makes me feel about buying another vehicle from this dealership?
