“I have been going to TFA since October of 2019 and have been through some of the toughest times of my life especially recently. When I tell you this gym is more than a gym I’m telling you, it is, they are always working on coming up with something that can be improved, adding sauna, ice plunge, hiking, outside events and also focusing on mental health as much as the physical. Helping you get out of your head and into your body for a while. Most supportive community and will help you work where you are with no judgement.”

“It’s super convenient for me where I live, because I can literally walk down the stairs into the alley and it’s right there. But that’s just me lol. Anyway, it’s my first time trying this place and I’m currently drinking one of the smoothies that I ordered. And it’s really good with what I ordered and what I wanted in it! The atmosphere is very relaxing and very inviting, I didn’t ask her name but she was very kind very friendly and very approachable. Helped me out with any questions that I had. Definitely a 10/10 going again!! ❤️❤️❤️ maybe next time I’ll try some of their food!!”

“I'm almost 3 years clean real shy and they are taking enichitive to motivate me to try to be social and start working out rather than just shower their I'm homeless. And they new I was a drug addict and still let me In not just to shower they said I had to work out I think it's cause they want to help me get in the best possible shape I can for what I've been through. Rather than settling on just washing they went one step further and are getting me motivated right of rip to better my physical to cause I a strong core and support system cause they know I can't do it on my own it's the biggest thing in the world to fight addiction alone and I made this far. They did check to see if I was using by asking but they didn't call me a lier they let me in and now I see I got more help than just me cause honestly I have no one this far except for a few and I hardly see them really I walk around all alone and 5 to 6 times. A day drug addict ask me to use and it suck that their targeting me but I've been doing it I haven't slipped yet so remember I'm a life safer not a perser er and npw i got resl help thanks”

“The place is kept clean, everyone cleans up after themselves after each workout. Everyone is nice and helpful. I LOVE the workouts. Always something different, pushing myself in a new way. Definitely recommend trying it out!”

“Great place to workout. I enjoy it every time I’m in the gym. Herb and Mindy always bring great energy and are always encouraging to every member. A locally owned gym which makes it even better. They both have a special heart for the youth and do a great job in training the youth the proper technique.”

“Overall planet fitness is excellent. It gets a little crowded at times but that's any gym you frequent. There's plenty of equipment for the most part. Kinda wish they went a lil higher in weight with the dumbbells. The Lancaster gym maxes out with 75lb dumbbells. Other than that I can't complain. For around $26 a month after taxes, you get the VIP membership. With everything they have to offer like, Hydro massage bed, mechanical massage chairs, vitamin D total body enhancement bed, tanning beds, free weights, tread mills, elliptical machines, bicycles, Hammer strength, Smith machines, 30 minute workout room and much more. They also have different machines with adjustable weights to cover every muscle group. Very friendly staff as well. Nice friendly environment period!”
