Will not go back. Went with my 4 year old daughter mainly so she could buy some toys. She found a small stuffed animal that she wanted and when we went up to the counter to pay they said because it didn't have a price tag on it they couldn't sell it. When asked if they could just price it or if there was a default price of stuffed animals (like most Goodwills) they said no.
So who had to deal with an upset 4 year old, not Goodwill, we did. Will not go back for this reason alone.

I use to love this thrift but apparently thrift stores have forgotten what exactly a thrift store is. The pricing is truly laughable. The things being purchased at Bidfta which is an auction site that anyone can use - is being sold for SO much. Save yourself money and get on bidfta and buy the blinds for $1.00 bulk. Buy the random stuff for fifty cents and dont contribute to the mark up sales.
Maybe one day it will be a “thrift” store again and a used pair of shoes wont be $25 ?

Just visited for the first time at the Lancaster Ohio location. My grandson was with me and wanted to buy a stuffed animal, the cashier refused to sell it to him stating it didn’t have a price tag. The only reason I gave one star is because your store is clean but your customer service needs work. Will not be shopping this location again :(

I got a really nice quilt for 9.99 plus tax. It all depends on what people donate to what they will have.

This store has turned into essentially a bulk pallet resale store. You're looking at nearly full price for in-box items. The clothing is marked up high as well. I can get better prices on Marketplace. I recommend all other thrift stores in the area over this Goodwill.

The New items are priced higher then you can purchase at any store , just scan the items with your phone and find out!
Most items that are donated are also priced higher then buying New , they pull 75% of donated housewares off shelves and trash when they could lower prices a bit and not have to process the stuff over again!
They put broken , chipped glass on the shelves, They price worn out name brand clothing 3 times higher that you can purchase at TJ Maxx or other discount store’s , Management is not doing their job Period !
Have witnessed shady things at this store and employees loading merchandise in their Car at Pickerington Location, and both locations have the same Management

The worst. This one is not organized or color wheel like most goodwill. None of the clothes are separated by sizes or color. The cashiers were not friendly.

This Goodwill was a nice stop on our way west. The storefront gives the impression of a smaller store with limited selection, but don't let that stop you from going in.There were lots and lots of clothes to pick from. Some decent furniture. I was really impressed with the book and media area, it was much better kept and more charming than most other Goodwills I've been to. We found a few books from our list, in very good condition. The store and the bathrooms were clean. The workers were pleasant. I think this is the first Goodwill I've seen with a Dyson hand dryer.Everybody knows Goodwills are a toss up, so don't let one bad stop dissuade you from coming back. We will definitely stop at this one again our next time through.

Used to be a nearly daily shopper at this store. As a reseller, I always found excellent deals on clothing items. However, since the store reset(which has needed to be done desperately, imo), the prices on everything have become much too high...no offset with occasional sales anymore. For those shopping on a budget, let alone a reseller like myself, the increased prices deter increased sales. It's sad, because the store appearance has vastly improved, but the days of nabbing great bargains have simply disappeared. No longer a fan, sorry...
