No wonder there parking lots was empty. Over prized, have to check yourself out and pay for bags. Never again will I shop there. Only employee that was friendly was the guy stocking the liquor.

Giant eagle WAS the best. WAS! it is horrible now. One of the guys at meat counter is rude and argumentative, telling me how he likes it cut BUT I like it the way I want it cut. Then continued to cut it the way he likes it. I'm the one paying. Today I wanted one piece hunk of provolone about 2 in thick, the person behind counter said the slicer won't cut it that thick. I said use a knife, we don't have a knife and insisted on using slicer. I told him to forget it I'll go to Kroger or meijer. I will go somewhere else. Read there DEI MISSION STATEMENT. That says it all.

Hey Giant Eagle. Not everybody wants to do self checkout especially with a full cart. I have left my cart full after shopping a couple times because you only have self checkout available and I would have done it again today if it wasn’t for my wife. I’m not being a free cashier

Used to have a really nice selection in the bakery, items made there including cake, cake slices etc, now they hardly have anything and most of it is pre-packaged stuff, store is definitely not offering what other Giant Eagle stores offer
