I switched from Kroger's because they never had my meds in stock and had to order my transplant meds through their specialty pharmacy with giant eagle I'm not only treated with a smile and respect I get a text when time for refill and one for pickup with a price ...there has been no surprises with fees and no extra steps to order my transplant meds thanks to all of the hard workers you are greatly appreciated!!!!

Please change your hours on the website. Drove to your store because it says you close at 11 snd it was 9 and you are closed I love the store and the people who work there. You guys have s great selection.

I had to pop in to get something while visiting Lancaster, and this Giant Eagle has all of the things! I feel like Giant Eagle is a touch more fancy than other grocery stores, but that could just be my experience. This Giant Eagle is very organized and has nice wide lanes. It also has a good variety of food items. I saw some gourmet snacks that I don't usually see at other grocery stores, as well as some Latin sodas, which was kind of a surprise. The produce section was also organized and full of fresh-looking food. The bakery is located next to the produce section, and also had lots of yummy things available.

I recently switched from Kroger to Giant eagle and was in your store for over an hour setting up an account so that I could get my prescriptions there the Young man who assisted me assured me that all of my account information and my insurance information was in. I got a phone call stating that they were ready and when I got there the woman told me that my insurance would not pay and I said yes I never had a problem at Kroger and she wrote down four things she would need me to call Kroger and ask for, I did not know what these numbers meant and I don't feel like I should have been the one calling. This should have been set up from the beginning since I was there so long. I called Kroger right away and switched right back and they had no problem getting me billed with the card that I had. Very disappointing

Im giving a 1 star because there isn’t an option for none. I have never been talked to so rude by anyone before. The pharmacist that I got was Alex. She came to the window and started screaming at me. SO RUDE. I hope that this gets addressed, and taking care of, because that’s not how customers are supposed to be treated.

How any one can mess up a king cake I order a king cake what I got was a damn cinnamon roll with half the pizzaz .. wyd Giant Eagle if your going to advertise you have king cake you better have f****** king cake that is the way it should be not this monstrosity of a cinnamon roll with wimpy icing no cream filled little bit of glitter and a choke hazard not a cupie doll... Next time maybe you should have your workers learn what a king cake is .. before you just make a damn cinnamon roll and call it a ki g cake.. that my friend is not a king cake at alll.. this is from someone who actually had king cake.. I want to looks at it and have my sugar say damn we might need Insulin tonight instead I got meh that's it wth???
