when you close your store in the middle of the day put it online 2:50 in the afternoon on a monday july 15 this is why people buy games online you people inconvenience people and you lost my business

I had ordered an item from GameStop and. It was sent from this store I don't know what they did but they messed up the address and UPS is saying it's an insufficient address and they sent it back to this store so I can only hope that they send it out again with all the correct information

Numerous times have tried coming in or calling and the doors are locked or no one answers the phone without explanation when the store is supposed to be open. Today, I tried calling after 11 to see if their store availability matched what they had online because I was wanting to pick up 2 PS5 controllers, and 15 minutes passed opening again no one answered the phone. I love this store but at this point I’m thinking to take my business elsewhere

Used to be a great store to visit locally. Now, it seems every time I submit a store pickup order it is cancelled for no reason. I assume it has something to do with the $25 off for $250 in store pickup discount. After confirming store inventory online after order gets cancelled, it definitely isn’t an inventory issue which would be understandable, but the entire order is cancelled - every time. The Heath, Circleville and Easton stores have never given me this issue, only the Ety Rd Lancaster location.

Place opens at 11:00 says so online and on the door I’ve been sitting out here at 11:24 and the store isn’t even open
