Ok this little boutique is so cute. The manager there always makes these super cute displays. She puts together ideas I would have never thought of. Her name is Shaunie, she is very fun and loves to help out her customers. You can tell she really likes what she does. She is hilarious and gives you her honest opinion and recommendations. They're not high pressure sales people at all there, they actually let you shop. It's a cute place where you won't spend a lot of money for a cute dress! You'll laugh and have a great experience all while shopping!

I have been trying to get in touch with this store for months, signs on the gate before Christmas saying they were temporarily closed and would open in January, came back in January. Still closed. Called and called and nothing. Finally got a return call. Long story, short. I'm getting married in a few months. The dresses and styles I like are there, but according to the girls there and the owner is prom season comes first. Apparently you guys think weddings only happen a certain time out of the year. I have 5 bridesmaids. 2 who live out of state for college . They are back for spring break and I wanted to bring them there to try them on and buy but couldn't make a appt. They just need to pick their size, color and try on. I know exactly which ones I want. Every time I am there. That store is empty. So you guys would rather lose out on 5 for sure sales because of prom season. Which whatever. Absolutely horrible business and customer service. Especially when you guys barely can stay open, or have weird hrs because you don't have the business or staff. I will just take my business and references somewhere else. Wanted to come there. You guys are the only local dress shop around anymore, so you think you would accommodate people when it worked for their schedules and not just around school dances and seasons, weddings are expensive and all year long. with the other place where I got my wedding dress she retired or I would go back to her. Unfortunately looks like I'm taking my business to Columbus and supporting the bigger store instead of a local small store.

I bought my homecoming and my prom dress from here anyone that helped us were incredibly nice and they have dresses in many size’s, color, and style that it was hard not to find something.

We were visiting from out of state.. My daughter had purchased a prom dress months ago but her friend went out and bought the same dress. The young lady working was so helpful with out being pushy she found several dresses in my daughter's size. She helped us find the absolute perfect dress. I'm so glad we went in.

I had just came to Fashion Story earlier today for my homecoming dress. I had went to several places and had no luck, but I had found this place online and decided to try it out. I’m super glad I did!! They have one of the best selections I’ve ever seen, not to mention they’re super kind and helpful. We had called ahead and asked about their selection and sizes, and unexpectedly they had already made a rack of my sizes for us when I got there!! Seriously the best service, I absolutely recommend this to anyone!

My daughter is a Sophomore and was asked to Prom by a Senior one week before Prom. My daughter wanted a burgundy dress and when we arrived at Fashion Story we were amazed at all the different varieties and colors of dresses they offered. My daughter grabbed several dresses and after she put the first one on we knew it was THE dress. Makayla, the GM was working and made shopping very easy, she offered help in pulling dresses and even gave us different size heels to try on to make sure the length of the gown would work. We didn't feel pressured in anyway, but was treated more like family The best part was they were having a sale, and got the dress for a great price! Thank you again for the great service,we will definitely be back.

I went here on Thursday 03/03/22 and the GM there, I think her name is Mckenna or Makayla, was SO nice and super helpful and just fun to work with when it came to picking out my prom dress. There were multiple people on Thursday trying on dresses and she was the only employee, and yet she addressed everybody with grace and made sure everyone was doing okay and getting the help they needed. I didn't bring anybody to shop with me, so she helped me get zipped and tied up in all my dresses, and complimented every dress I put on! When I first came into the store I told her my vision and she immediately picked out a couple of dresses that fit that vision. I ended up having 3 to decide between, so I told her I would come back the next day with the decision and to buy. She couldn't hold anything for me unfortunately, but told me they should all be there the next day as I was coming right when they open. I ended up going with this beautiful cinderella-type dress, and she let me try it on again to get a couple of better pictures and let me try on some heels to see if I would need to get it hemmed or not. She also gave me a free piece of tulle I can wrap around my shoulders. To top it allll off, she has this awesome system where she writes down what school you're going to along with the exact design of your dress so she can let you and future customers know if anybody from your school has bought the same dress. 10/10 would shop here again!!!

The new manager is SO nice! She helped me find my dream dress and made my experience amazing. It’s my first prom, so prom shopping was important to me. It was definitely a VERY good first experience for dress shopping. I will be going back for other forma events!

Got my daughter her homecoming dress here last Saturday. The gentleman that was working was so nice. He had to get us in the dressing room a couple times to try on dresses. Never seemed annoyed. And it was super busy. When she decided on her dress he was excited and told us that they received multiple dresses in that style but only one came in the color she had. Definitely will be a returning customer.
