Services that support independence and growth, provided free of charge to qualified Fairfield County residents. TRANSPORTATION: Round-trip, door-to-door, wheelchair-accessible medical appointment transportation with caring, skilled drivers. ADULT DAY SERVICES: Our Adult Day Program provides support to people as they explore their personal interests, learn essential life skills, and make progress toward a thriving life. MEDICAL EQUIPMENT LOAN CLOSET: Gently used medical equipment (shower chairs, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.) is available to anyone in need for as long as they need, free of charge. RAMP PROGRAM: Custom ramps, half-steps, and handrails built free of charge for those in need.
