Concerned about the lack of knowledge and lack of empathy provided at this facility. I brought my animal in for a general wellness check and received vaccinations as per the Dr's recommendation. The animal received a clean bill of health with no concerns noted from the doctor and none noted by myself in the 2 weeks since got the animal. 4 hours of coming home from the vet the animal went in to respiratory distress and passed in a timespan of 45 min. When I called the shelter to bring this to the attention of the staff the staff members answering the phone said "there has never been any reactions like that from medication" she then said she would relay the information to the vet and have them call me. Days later still no call back.

Be careful when using boarding services. We boarded 2 male boxers in 2 different cages. One had loose stools for the 8 days (we were not notified). I don’t think the kennel was properly cleaned out. We picked him up 2 days early and were told he had stool in the pads of his feet and they had planned to bathe him the morning we were scheduled to pick him up so he would be clean. When we got him home and bathed, his chest was covered in a rash, he had red bumps under his chin, all 4 paws were raw, his lips were red and inflamed and his testicles were oozing and raw. We took him to our vet for bloodwork, medication for the infection, gastrointestinal food to stop the loose stools and a medicated shampoo to bathe him in. Please do your research. $15 a day is not very reasonable when you have to make a $450 vet visit immediately after boarding. Our 2nd boxer was fine - no issues. Not all animals handle boarding well. This was our first experience boarding both boys. We have been home for 6 days now and our youngest is still not 100% healthy.

Despite what their website says, they don’t give medical attention to animals in need. We had a cat be dropped off that had a manageable condition. There are MANY animals with the inability to express their own bladder and still live a happy and healthy life. Just because they lack the ability to do something does not make them “Unhealthy and mean euthanasia is the best option” They didnt even help him they just killed him. It’s sickening. If you can provide the “determining medical factors” discovered through tests then I’ll believe you.
P.S. I’ve taken him to a local clinic, they agreed euthanasia wasn’t necessary had tests ran on him. You wouldn’t have found anything. You made the judgement based on his physical condition and the fact that it would be difficult to place him. Thats not an ethical reason to euthanize.
Very sickening.

I took my older dog there to be groomed. 1st time, the groomer was very gentle with him, plus she did a wonderful job. He looks a couple of years younger, and also, he has more pep.
