This is an amazing toy store, my grand daughter showed me this toy store saying it’s her favorite toy store too come too. I like it as well, Employee’s are very helpful.

Used to work here, manager barely did her job and expected the employees to do more than her. Had to work open to close with barely anything to do other than a small cleaning list that could be finished in an hour and a half but she would constantly watch cameras and yell at you if you were caught sitting or on a device. The ONLY other coworker I had would either call out or just not show up and I was expected to cover for them every time. I quit because I got tired of neither the manager nor my coworker doing their jobs and my coworker lied about having covid and the manager wanted me and only me to cover their shift until my coworker was "better".

I was in the heath mall and was surprised to see a new toy store there... I talked with the owners very wonderful people, friendly and helpful... I highly recommend you stop by and take a look!

Dreamland in the River Valley Mall is a toy store. I really thought it was a Melissa & Doug store because that is the branding you see everywhere. The lady in the store was not very happy and not very friendly. She told me that I could not take any pics. I told her that I like to take pics to share and to help me remember where things are that I like, so when I get paid I can remember where to go shop. She didn't even crack a smile. She said I would have to leave or put away my cell phone. NO PHOTOS!!! I guess she thought I was a spy, going to steal the toy display ideas or something, can't really figure it out. I was there for a purpose, my great niece has a one year old birthday party coming up. So, I was a potential buying customer...that she ran off!!!! No wonder the store was empty of shoppers..bad customer service here!!!
