Horrible experience today with Cynthia. Rude to several customers, including me, told us we had to wait until she was done with what she was doing (4-5 minutes with a line at register), then she told us she could have "made" us use self-checkout because we weren't using insurance. This is the third time in three visits that I have been treated like less than worthless. Not wasting my money to experience a perpetually horrible treatment of CVS' customer disservice!!!

So you need to change the website to make an appointment instead of we take walk ins for the doctor. Because we just walked in and then had to make and appointment. Walk ins are walk ins which should mean you get seen then not walk in and sit there for 20 minutes then the doctor come out and says do you have and appointment. There was no one there when we was there so she could have seen us for 10 minutes and give us the meds to help my wife . But she said we have to come back at 3. That's bullshit contradicting on what's on the website. Walk in means walk in in my vocabulary. Wasted my time coming here.

Horrible experience! I never write reviews but I am so frustrated that my photo order did not get completed. No one had any follow up and was not able to send my request to another store!

Thanks for the excellent customer service Carlie B. She called workers comp and patiently worked thru my son’s workers comp for his eye medication. And Patty S for working on billing. There’s another pharmacy much closer to us and my son’s family but from now on we will be coming to this CVS!!

25 minutes past appointment time at Minute Clinic, no greeting by the two employees who were working. Walked out after asking another employee if that was normal when she responded she doesn’t normally work there so couldn’t help me.

Your covid test scheduling process is a disgrace. I picked a date and time but lost it by the time I finished all the information. Times and dates should be locked until all the information is completed. Dont show a date/time as available if it is not.
