Great sales experience with Derrick CoxIf you’re thinking about a power recliner, we got the 94680 leatherMake sure you got plenty of elbow room by spreading out on the seat when trying out the unit. Would recommend Not getting the console.Note it’s gonna take some time for that leather to soften up so it’ll be a hard seat for a while If you’ve got sciatica.Working with Derrick now for resolution

Got the 94680 leather power recliner. Would recommend without the console for elbow room. It's gonna take a while for that leather to develop your sweet spot.

They called me to confirm delivery, date & 3 hour approx. time. The day of delivery, I got another call confirming directions & exact time. I was impressed, delivery was on time, setup, & very polite delivery guys. I would buy from them anytime.

We just purchased two power reclining loveseats. They are very comfortable! The process went smoothly except for the payment options. The website is not user friendly and I made several attempts to apply for credit. I chatted online with rep and she told me to go into the store to complete payment. When I went into the store no one could help me either. In the end I traveled to an out of town store to complete. That part was frustrating. Deliver was smooth and drivers were professional

Shopped at the store in Lancaster, Ohio and found the expeience rewarding and very comfortable. No pressure, tone of information, a pretty good selection of recliners and mattresses considering the store size. Ended up buying the items we needed and would recommend this store to anyone.

Derrick and Don were very helpful and exceeded our expectations. They worked with us to find a great mattress that was in our budget and even explained the ins and outs of different mattress materials and helped us find a bed that suited our sleeping habits. We learned a lot! Everyone else we communicated with was pleasant and helpful. The movers were prompt and quickly set up our bed. Overall we were very satisfied with our service and would recommend them!

Derrick Cox was great, patient, and informative. We did a lot of shopping and saw him 3 times. Each time he was happy to see us and answer all of our questions. We ended up buying a Flex-Steel, we are familiar with the brand, and the quality. No pressure. bought on a saturday and delivered the following saturday. Delivery crew was quick, efficient, and courteous. Will definitely shop again and look forward to seeing Derrick.

I went to Lancaster and was looking for mattresses for my daughter’s new bed. I found the furniture store Coconis located on the main drive of memorial. Walked in and the owner in the store was very friendly and helped me immediately. He didn’t try to push the most expensive mattress at me. Instead he wanted to know what I was interested in and what my budget was. He helped me stay within my budget do to other expenses I had and still sold me the mattress I wanted! The gentleman who delivered the mattress were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Coconis to any family or friends! Thank You!
