They literally will not pick up the phone. It just goes to automation. But the transaction I need to make requires an appointment and I live 1.5 hours away. So I guess I'll have to spend my day driving there to set up an appointment and then return. Thanks a lot Chase.

most people in there are very rude. not only that when you try and call main branch they will never pick up phone # customerserivicesucks. when they screw up something they never admit fault. its always your fault. DO NOT USE CHASE BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Manager was very helpful and friendly in helping my husband and I set up a joint bank account. Everyone there was very friendly.
