“Had a great experience. This was my first time having a hog butchered everything was simple. Once the animal was unloaded there are forms to fill out to select how you want your animal butchered. “Wanted a good bologna for a fried bologna sandwich. Talked to the butcher and he recommended Kentucky Blue Grass let me tell ya it was delicious. Also purchased the premade bratwurst/cheddar and the cheddar/jalapeño Pattie’s both excellent. Bay Foods is going to be a regular stop when traveling through.”
