I just purchased a new truck today I had Mike Robinson as my salesman our first deal didn't go through because the money I thought I had didn't come through and they held off for 2 weeks on the deal in was able to make it happen with half of the money he was very excellent to work with and so was the finance manager Dave they never tried to push anything down my throat and spent all the time we needed to answer all of our questions to make us feel comfortable about the deal we was getting

This is my sole opinion, but after purchasing two F-150 trucks from Bob Boyd, I personally can say it's a good dealership. They will work with you. Get you the vehicle you want/need. The people are friendly. You get offered water and coffee. And if you have questions, they more than likely will have the answers. The Quick Lane is also a good service center. Little bit more expensive than other shops, but I choose the Quick Lane because I trust them. The mechanics are trained to work specifically on Ford vehicles. They can do maintenance to other brand vehicles as well. But overall after 8 years of being a customer, I'm satisfied.

Very happy with my oil change at Bob Boyd Ford. Done quickly & reminded me to use my Ford Pass points which paid for most of the bill. Also offered to schedule appointment for my camera recall which I have been waiting for over a year.

Great experience buying my Bronco. No pressure in a relaxed atmosphere. My salesman (Jim Helm) was very knowledgeable and helpful! Spending this much money can be very stressful but Jim sure kept me calm. Paperwork was a breeze and all went well. I highly recommend Bob Boyd for your vehicle needs!

Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. I was updated all along the way about findings with my car. Amy was especially helpful and she answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and informed. The work was done in a timely fashion. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with plenty of snacks and drinks. Would highly recommend Bob Boyd Ford Quick Lane and Service Department. I will be returning for my car needs.

I'm in the process of ordering a new vehicle and the customer service I've received from Bob-Boyd Ford (specifically Mike Robinson and Barb Whittington) has been far better than any other dealership I've dealt with. They've been friendly, easy to contact, and prompt in responding. They informed and advised me about pertinent information that other dealerships neglected to share. They followed up with me multiple times and called me to make sure they had all the correct information for my order, and they provided me with a copy of the order confirmation upon their receipt. They were also very flexible and accommodating (offering to waive certain fees, and allowing me to place my order remotely). All of this was significantly contrasted with other dealerships. It is obvious that Bob-Boyd Ford is primarily customer-service oriented. Dealing with them was a refreshing and efficient experience. I highly recommend Bob-Boyd Ford.

Maintenance appointment was scheduled easily with a friendly, helpful service rep, appointment was on-time & prompt, and the service manager came and notified me as soon as the service was completed. They also have a comfortable, friendly environment for waiting on service to be completed.

I took my truck in for service under my extended warranty. There was difference in what the warranty company pays for parts and labor, versus what Bob Boyd charges. My warranty is supposed to be a $100 deductible. Bob Boyd called and told me it was going to be $7,000 out of pocket. The general Manger was very nice, and offered to sit down with me when I'm ready to make repairs, but the service advisor was definitely all about how much he could charge. This is my 8th ford in a row. I feel like a loyal ford owner with a warranty, they should be doing everything they can to keep me coming back.

Had several recalls done to my Ford Fusion. Mike, Fred & Kristen were all well prepared, ordered parts prior to picking up my vehicle. They were all professional and helpful. The pick up and delivery personel were also very good. Five stars to this service crew for doing an outstanding job !

Took my 2016 Ford Explorer in for a recall on the rear toe link out of alignment. (My car drives straight down the road steering wheel in perfect alignment before my service date at Bob Boyd)(A little background on myself, I'm the service manager at Lancaster Sport Cycles. Have worked at previous Honda and ford dealerships as a service advisor as well as Les Schwab Tire Center been around cars, motorcycles, Atvs, and machinery my entire life)I drop off my vehicle the service advisor recommended that I do the front end alignment as well since they are performing alignment on the rear end. That I had to pay for the front end alignment because ford only will cover the recall. I told the service advisor that don't align the front it's fine just do the recall. I come to pick up my vehicle after recall has been completed and on my drive back to work I noticed my car was driving straight down the road but the center of my steering wheel was 45 degrees to the left. I turned around and headed back to the dealership when I got back I told the service advisor that they messed up my front end alignment you were only supposed to perform the rear end alignment. He then told me well it's possible that by doing the rear it would mess with the front end alignment. I then asked for the service manager said I'm not paying for a front end alignment I brought it to you my steering wheel was straight and when my vehicle was returned to me it was not aligned correctly. Mike the service manager told me that they recommend doing the front end alignment while performing rear end. I told him my car was fine when I brought it here fix my alignment. I told Mike I'm in the service department I understand things happens but make it right and fix it I would never give my customer back their vehicle in a worse condition then they gave it to me. They needed to make it right and I'll wait.They tried to up sell me a front end alignment because I turned down the service they adjusted my tie rods on the front end of my car to try and force me to pay for a front end of alignment I then called my friend who is a service advisor at ford in Texas and he looked in depth at the recall said that the recall does not effect the front end and when performing the recall if front is out of alignment upon arrival is to adjust as necessary.After a conversation with the service manager they did fix the issue within 10 min and corrected my alignment in the front end. Absolutely crooked service department I could not believe that they tried to sell me a service and when I didn't they jacked me around this how our local ford dealer treats their customers.I would not recommend service at this location.

My family has dealt with Bob-Boyd since the days that it was Jack Helm Ford on memorial drive. I have never felt the need to do business at any other Ford dealership. However, since I have had my '22 Bronco I have been disappointed in the service/collision department. I can understand the delay in receiving parts necessary for repairs. Where my issue lies, is the lack of communication. If I am told to expect my vehicle to be ready in 3 days, then on the fourth day I should receive a call explaining why it isn't ready. I have repeatedly had to make calls requesting a status update.
