Sydney is amazing at her job! She was very patient with me, so kind and she answered all of my questions. I got the exact car that I wanted with decent monthly payments. I am very satisfied with my experience here. The finance manager is great too. He explained everything to me in great detail so I knew what all I was signing and how everything worked.

I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from here and had to return it the next day. It only had 37,000 miles and looked beautiful on the outside but the underneath had a rusted body, rusted subframe, rusted brake calipers, rusted suspension, and rusted exhaust. I was thanking God that Don Mohart the sales manager gave me a 24-hour return policy otherwise I would have been stuck with a lemon. A salesman named Jacob and sales manager named Don had a terrible attitude the entire time. They both had no desire to sell a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for 45 days. They had a ridiculous response every time I asked a question or pointed out any minor imperfection about the car, responding with comments such as, “I don’t know what you’re getting at but if you’re trying to negotiate the price I can tell you the answer right now. The answer’s NO.” Two other salespeople; Sydney and Brent were kind and I had no issue with their service.

I don't advise getting tires done here. It took over 8hrs to change 4 tires. I dropped it off the night before. My appointment was the first one the next morning. I never got a call. Finally went back to the store at 230 and they still aren't done with it. They got a call while I was at the desk so the phone works they just couldn't use it to call me and tell me what is going on with my car.
