I brought my jeep into Bob Boyd because the steering was a little wonky… Not only was it under warranty, but it feels so much better and I just want to say thank you thank you thank you to the team who worked on my jeep I absolutely love it. Brian Hammond always comes through for me. He treats you like a person and not just a potential sale. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming.Only downside is the service department can’t seem to hire enough techs, which means “express lane” oil changes usually mean long waits or requests to make an appointment.

Service for us has been great on our Jeep and our Fiat 500. No major issues with either vehicle. I keep getting offers for for my wife Jeep that are not fair trade values and same 2023 identical model Jeep is too expensive. That’s before dealer markups and add ons. In addiction to the high prices there is also the UAW Strike, we will not purchase a new car from Stellantis, Ford, or GM as long as there are workers on strike.

Please explain express lane, show up to no cars in the lane asked for an oil change and was declined service . They wanted to make an appointment but with my job and schedule it’s hard to keep appointments right now. Not sure why you have an express lane, that’s the whole point express service. In all honesty I think the guy was too lazy to write the vehicle up, as being former manager in the service industry for another car lot if we would have turned a simple oil change away we would have been in trouble.

took my dodge journey in for headlight recall and they ordered the wrong parts they said it would be 2 more days when I took my back I asked them to look at front suspension due to noise they said it would be another 2 days for parts and complete work if I left the car. if i brought car back it would take take another week I decided to leave car when I got car back it had an additional 168 miles and only 30 miles of gas left and the gas light was on. my weather tech rear cargo mat was scuffed. I will never take my car back to this dealer for service

They were very professional and could answer any question I had. I came in looking for a Jeep Compass Trailhawk, they had it and worked with me to get the best deal they could offer. Everybody from sales, service and financial were all very kind and walked me through the process. I bought from them before so I returned for excellent service, and I was not disappointed. They will have my future business as well when I am looking for another vehicle.

Their customer service was amazing from the first phone call looking for a new vehicle until after I picked mine up with a follow up call. I ordered my vehicle and was in a fender bender days before trade in. They worked with me both the sales and collision department to make the transition smoothly. I would recommend Bob Boyd Ford Lancaster to everyone. And I have actually done that. They go above and beyond for their customers and they are upfront and honest.
