I saw a couch online and Big Sandy had it! Shawn was incredibly helpful when we went in and gave us space to shop in peace and kept checking in on us. I fell in love with a couch that wasn't supposed to get delivered for 6 weeks and it came 3 weeks early which was great! Delivery setup was a breeze, the girl was incredibly friendly on the phone. The day before they text you a time frame for delivery and setup and when you're the next stop they text you. I love that I can keep an eye on where the truck is the whole way. They couldn't actually get it in the living room so we had them leave the biggest part of the sectional in the entryway, they tried so hard to come up with a solution but overall they were too afraid of damaging things in the house to get it in. So my husband and I did it and got it in after they left. Overall not a bad experience at all and I'll definitely be shopping again.

I would tell every individual steer clear of that store it is awful they don't follow through on anything you can tell by the reviews I say the only reviews that got a bunch of stars must be friends with somebody there because I talked to quite a few people and they all say the same thing it's a piece of crap store they don't stand behind their warranties they hold you up then make you think they're coming and they never show up and then they never answer your calls it's time to run that store out of Lancaster for sure CR crappy

Buyer beware, Big Sandy sells you these so called Extended Warranty and then come up with what they call Cosmetic issues. How the hell is a broken vegetable drawer considered cosmetic when the roller is broken and now the drawer is cracked and crooked. I have fought with them for almost 6 months and after nothing gets resolved they say, Well your warranty is now expired. Well it wasn't back in July.I am probably a near 15 year customer and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars in the store. I promise you I will NOT give them another penny of my business and I will make it known on all social media platforms to beware of BIG SANDY's way they treat customers and screwing them over. The lady that helped me was polite and knew all about the chairs so she was able to help me find what I wanted. It's a recliner and has everything! It reclines, has lumbar support, it massages, is heated, has lights, beverage holders and has a USB port! And it was on sale! $1058! I figured it would be $2K. I got 12 months same as cash. With delivery which was a little high priced and a 5 year protection plan, it's $125 a month. She did get my address wrong on the paperwork (which I asked them to correct at the store) and they got lost delivering but I was able to see where they were on my phone and they righted the situation and were only a few minutes behind schedule. The delivery drivers, Jose and the man with him (didn't get his name) were very polite and very careful entering my home and putting the chair together.

I guess the loveseat I received is what I sat on at the store, but doesn't exactly feel the same. Delivery people should do a better inspection of items either before pulling off truck or once inside the home. There is a rip in the fabric on the back of the loveseat - which I can understand why - the fabric feels cheap. I had to run out to catch the delivery men so they could come back and take pictures of the rip. I believe I could have gotten something comparable for half the price at big lots!!

We came in to buy a dishwasher. Wasn’t in the mood I guess. So we walked over to the Furniture side. Needless to say we walked out with a new Sectional for our living room. It truly was a very nice afternoon. We learned about bronze, silver, gold and platinum furniture!! Sat on a lot of different names and materials. When you stop in at the Lancaster store, please ask for Shawn a very fine salesman!!! No pressure answered all of our questions, walked away and gave us plenty of time to talk about it. Plus he has a fabulous sense of humor!! We tried to give him a hard time, Lol it did not work!!

First time I have ever been to a big Sandy store and I am sure that I am a life long customer now. Shawn, at the Lancaster store was such great help and answered every question I had .He is very knowledgeable of furniture and made shopping for a new couch fun !

I can’t give a good review on the repair department. Since May 2023 my recliner has need repaired. Just received a text once again, my ETA is 11/10/2023. This is unacceptable. I will never/ever buy anything else from Big Sandy.

Smooth delivery, tracking app worked great. A way to communicate with the driver, or a way to give specific directions to the driver or dispatch team would be helpful, as I live back off the road and had specific needs for the driver/truck to maneuver once onsite. Nonetheless, worked out.

Haven’t had the best experience at this store. Let me start by saying that we don’t have a lot of furniture store options in our area so this was what we had to work with. First, we purchased a sectional couch & the lady that sold it failed to advise us that it would not fit down stairs due to its size. She even asked if we would be taking it downstairs, or up and we told her it would be going into our basement Rec room & still sold it to us to probably get her sales goal. When it arrived, (which took over 2 weeks), it of course did not fit. The delivery men were so nice and worked so hard to try to make it fit- and they were frustrated too because of the work they were putting in, all for it not to fit. We then had to go back to get a refund & purchased a sectional that allowed the backs to come off (reclining sectional) in order for it to fit in our basement. This time, it did fit and they assembled it fine. We were happy with the couch this time around and decided to go ahead and go back for our dining set. Then not even 2 weeks later we came back for a table & chairs for our dining room. The seller failed to mention to us that it would have to be completely assembled by us, chairs included. If we would have known it would be assembled, we would have saved a few hundred bucks and bought it online at Walmart since the quality is honestly about the same. The assembling process for the table took us hours because there weren’t even directions, only pictures. The table looks nice, but we honestly would have went elsewhere if we knew the trouble it was going to be to put together. They need to do a better job at ensuring their sales employees are fully disclosing information and not just trying to reach their sales goals. Also our sales people literally talked about their kids and even took a phone call during our time with them, and was yelling at her kids. It was unprofessional. I get we’re in Lancaster and the expectations are low but for what people are spending, we expected more. Overall, wouldn’t recommend.
