“Came to Tire Discounters from Discount Tire because I needed my alignment checked. I am so impressed with this business that I will never go back! They are incredibly patient, transparent, and they genuinely care about customer service. They never tried to upsell me, and in fact, told me I could wait a bit before replacing my tires! I interacted with Andy and Carrie and they were polite and knowledgable on the phone and in person. I never had trouble getting ahold of them and I was never put on hold. I later called in to get prices for new tires and Andy was very patient with me and walked me through how to find out what my current tires were and what my options were. They got my tires in overnight and I just went back for visit number two to get my tires replaced and I knew what to expect and everything went as they described. I HIGHLY recommend Tire Discounters!! Now, in the future, I just have to remind myself that they are on South Columbus St so I go to the correct business??”

“We took our 2007 GMC Yukon to North for insurance repairs after a fender bender. The vehicle has a very intricate metallic blue paint color and had lots of very small difficult to see damages. North was very thorough with their estimate and their repair. They managed to match the paint color well for a 17 year old vehicle, installed everything correctly, and even denied a damaged fender because they knew it wouldn't produce a quality outcome, and informed me immediately of the delays. Everybody was friendly and informative and the vehicle looks great! I would gladly recommend North Body Shop to anyone!”
“I will from here on out always buy from O'Reillys. We are from out of town visiting Hocking Hills. Our alternator went out. We googled the nearest O'Reillys since we bought our last alternator from one of the stores in our area a couple years ago. Elizabeth was so extremely helpful at this location. She gave my husband permission to work on our van in the parking lot and they let him borrow tools to do the job. We had a van full of kids and she offered us water bottles while we waited for my husband to fix the car. They also charged the battery while he was putting the new part in. We very much appreciated her going above and beyond!”

“Needed routine service, I called and scheduled as everywhere was on a pretty long wait. I dropped my car off the morning of and went to work, I got a call shortly after I left saying that there was a cancellation, and they were able to get my car in early. They found several other issues that I was not expecting, they were happy to walk me through the cost and if it was an emergent situation. some items I decided to correct, some I decided to hold off on. I appreciated their honesty and speed of service. Overall, the cost was on par with other places. The waiting room was very nice and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly.”

“I've been going to the Quick Lane at Bob Boyd Ford for six years, and I've had no problems. The staff is friendly with a nice waiting area. The mechanics are quick. And most of all, I feel they are trustworthy. Not only will they get your oil changed, or put new tires on your vehicle, but they also provide you with an extensive diagnostic for the overall health of your vehicle. And for me, that's great. It allows me to know how long I'll have before I need to make a repair, or get my brakes changed. Just an example. That's if the diagnostic shows anything that would. Overall, it's a friendly atmosphere with quick mechanics. And thats my opinion based from my experience of taking my truck in for six years.”
