Sebastian did an amazing job switching my husband over to my first net account. got us squared away with new phones and case/ screen protectors. However he said the $46.00 screen protector would be replaced for free anytime it broke. I got the phone yesterday and less than 4 hours later I have a chip and a huge crack across the screen. I call into to verify the process & was told to stop in. Get sat down at a table about to replace the screen and the rep tells me it’s $10.00 fee for using warranty?! What warranty? I was NEVER told that I would have a warranty with a deductible that would have to be paid in order to have the screen protector replaced. Extremely unhappy that things were not properly described before purchase. My last screen protector lasted 3 years before there was an issue. This one didn’t last 4 hours, and that was while being inside my scrub pocket next to my abdomen with nothing else next to it.. save yourself the $$ and purchase them online for half the cost ??

I went to the Lancaster store to transfer my daughter to her own account, Sebastian helped me and did not give up until I was taken care. Great service, super helpful would recommend him a million times over.

Poor service based on bad applications given to representatives. Customer service representatives online and phone number are incompetent or ignorant constantly transferring customers to incorrect departments or just hang up after customers have been on the phone for hours and made multiple calls.

I went into replace my phone. It wasn’t keeping a charge and sir wasn’t working. The employee did a fabulous job assisting me. He transferred all my items off my old phone to my new phone. He was very kind and courteous, and explained to me all new gadgets on the phone.

Great experience working with Tyler. He was knowledgeable and took care of the line transfer quickly. He found some great incentives for adding fiber internet at home. So far service has been so much better than my previous carrier. Glad I made the switch.

The people are nice and you can buy a phone, but if it is anything outside of that you are sent to the manufacturer or the insurance company.

Don’t get locked into an over priced contract that will ruin your credit if something were to come up. You can get phones from boost the same way without a horrible/long trap of a contract.
