My wife called 4 weeks in advance and asked if she could make an appointment for today. She was told she wouldnt have an issue getting multiple grandchildren in. When we arrived we were told they had no room and no idea when a table would be available. We wont make the mistake of frequenting this establishment again. Very rude and condescending.

Showed up with my 3 nephews at 5 and they told us they couldn’t take us even though they close at 6. Very rude staff.

Such an awesome space. Fantastic coffee at a great price. Service was fast & friendly. Definitely worth a second trip even if you quick detour off 33 traveling between Columbus & Athens.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. My 9-year old daughter and I stopped in today to get information about the store for a potential future visit. I’ve never experienced such openly rude service, especially from a small business. While looking around, another customer approached me and started angrily telling me about her experience with the staff. I took it with a grain of salt, but then experienced the exact same treatment from the person working at the front stand. I won’t ever give my business here. The establishment needs a major rethinking of their system, process and attitude in interacting with customers.

A very beautiful shop that has such a nice and fun atmosphere to hang out! A perfect place to take your friends/family and do some painting. Will definitely be planning some more visits. The coffee is also a plus and worth getting while you’re there!

What an adorable place! Great variety in drinks, even if you don’t love coffee. The recent renovations have really livened up the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My 6 year old and I were turned away at 510pm because they won't take anyone else, even though their hours say open til 6. If I look up a business and the hours say til a certain time, I should be able to arrive an hour or so before closing and not be treated like a last-minute patron. We drove 45 minutes each way, perhaps longer with traffic, and missed the "cutoff" time by 10 minutes...which apparently, renders my money and time, as well as my son's excitement, worthless to them.-Edited to add, the owner's response is insufficient in addressing my concerns. An 'experience-based' business will prioritize the 'experience' of being treated like our time is valuable and utilize the art of human reasoning to make exceptions when necessary. I have extensive (over 15 years) customer service management in both retail and medical, and can attest that a 10min delay in arrival would not have impacted the OTHER patrons' "experience", but being treated like it was amusing to have missed out and then to have the owner respond with dismissive anecdotes about where their time limits are posted just demonstrates that their priority is themselves and not the customer. I shared this experience and it turns out, I am NOT the only one who won't return because of how we were turned away for an arrival time we did not have control over. Posting something online, on the website, in your store, about time limitations is pointless if the consumer in question hasn't seen it, or had time to investigate the value of their dollar in an establishment. If I wanted a 'big box', corporate experience with limitations and rules I would have not spent my time to try and patronize a local shop. Completely pointless when the owner is quick to defend themselves and excuse their horrible, condescending behavior.

Had such a great time with my family! Loved the atmosphere and kindness that everyone brings. Amazing place to paint and drink some coffee while you spend time with others!
