We really enjoyed our time! The staff are super friendly and constantly walking around and resetting the play areas. The entire place is surprisingly clean. 4 stars because I wish they had a better space for under 24months. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my baby down on that floor. Shoes are allowed in the infant play area and there seemed to be crumbs or something in there as well. It was kinda yucky. Buuuuuuut for my 2.5 year old, everything else was amazing!!

Staff was super rude and almost all the toys are broken. We paid $24 for my daughter, my husband and myself. That’s a lot of money don’t you think? Many parents were vaping inside and out in the play yard. Definitely not worth the price at all. I will never bring my daughter back here. I’ll stick to a park!

I can't believe we've been wasting our time at Cosi lol, this is so much more spacious and my 2 year old can literally touch every thing. Everyone was so nice as well, both patrons and staff. I'm also glad they make you keep your shoes on unlike momiland which smells like feet. I love how clean everything was as well. We drove 40 minutes and we will be back! I wonder if they have memberships?? I have never seen her so upset to leave somewhere before. I love that the water table was her height level too, at cosi the kids her age have to stand on stools which isn't very safe for the kids or relaxing for mom.

This place is an amazing, toned-down version of COSI. We love and have memberships to COSI, but this is a nice change in our normal routine. If you’re like us and sometimes you just don’t feel like fighting the chaos of downtown or that underground parking garage, you have got to check out Aha!The only complaint: the staff patrols for any rule infractions which of course is great, but they will tell my two year old twins to stop running if they are going even a little bit fast, as most toddlers do. My girls are tall and could pass for four, so maybe they just have very high expectations of them. But I can’t really stop my toddlers from walking fast or occasionally running, and being reminded of this all throughout our visits here is a little frustrating. ☺️100% recommend!

If I could have left a 0 stars I would have. Absolutely not worth the money in my opinion. I truly do not understand why a place dedicated to children would be soooo unwelcoming and unfriendly! It makes no sense to me when you are a business relying on money from customers to stay open that the staff here be so unwelcoming to paying customers!!! Make it make sense!!! Cleaning half an hour before closing, making people feel unwanted and making adults pay same price as children! Do better aha !!! At least get some courtesy training for staff! That would be a great start!!!

This is my first review as I felt this was important to share. A worker came up to us and sprayed cleaner on the attraction we were at by ourselves. It went all over my bare arm and around our kids'/our faces. No word said beforehand, but AFTER she rudely said, "watch out", as if we were in her way. She was the one to come over to us. There were other empty spaces that could've been cleaned. She sarcastically said, "Oh, you'll be fine" and never once apologized. Very rude attitude for no reason. We were never provided an ingredient list of what was sprayed. No refund suggested or provided. Rude management was very condescending. They knew about the incident and only bothered to speak after it was pointed out they had no intention of addressing it. We felt very unwelcome and it was clear the intention was to try and make us leave early even though it was at least 30min to close. We had the right to stay for what we paid for and, more importantly, not be sprayed with cleaner. I would hope in the future they change this operation model. Cleaning something that’s actively being used could not only be dangerous for children and caretakers but I'd imagine is self-defeating. Very odd. Additionally, the place itself has few attractions which are sparse, old, and worn. It's overpriced and adults have to pay full price to watch their kids. Staff is unwelcoming. Would never recommend.

Pretty fun for kids. Perfect for a rainy day, as well as they have an outside area for nice days with a sand pit.

My boys always have a wonderful time here. They look forward to a trip to the hands on museum, the indoor and outdoor options and availability give a lot of flexibility for fun and learning.

Drove in from out of town just to find it closed for a large group. Was not listed on the website or social media. Called and nobody wanted to accommodate. Bad people.
