I usually have a very good experience at any Walgreens. However, today I waited on hold for 35 minutes and was hung up on. I called a different Walgreens pharmacy (Rocky River) to see if I could get my prescription transferred. They wanted to help me but it's a controlled substance. So I called back the other Walgreens pharmacy and waited another 10 minutes on hold. I was getting a bit panicked bc the automated voice told me the pharmacy was going to be closing at 6pm today. I hung up and called back the front office to see if I could secure my place on hold when whoever answered begrudgingly told me that the pharmacy was closed today. I apologized for taking up their time and assumed it was bc of Mother's Day. It wasn't until I hung up that I realized that couldn't be the case bc the other pharmacy I called had answered the phone and tried to help me. So, I'm not really sure what all that was about and now I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow I guess to pick up my prescription.

I used to love going to this Walmart. Excellent service. Today first horrible customer service at the register. Again if you do not like your job you really should find something else to do. as I don't really think it's fair for you to wreck my day because you are having a horrible day fake redhead at register.

I called last week to inquiry the price of a prescription I was previously purchasing online and was told it would be $39 instead of the $45 I was paying online. I called my doctor's office had them fill the prescription and waited for it to come in. I went to the pharmacy today only to tell me they don't know where I got $39 from. When I tried to call I could hear the man on the phone sighing and he sounded very annoyed. I just wasted my and my doctor's time. I will not use this pharmacy again.

I went to get my prescription for insulin on Thursday the young lady told me she will call to see able why my prescription is not going thru. Its Saturday and I am without insulin now. I was given a Inside rx card to help pay for my meds and was told I can not use it with my Medicaid. I said well if Medicaid is rejecting it then clearly its not going to get paid unless I use this right. The rude woman who answered the phone told me no I cant use it and I need to call caresource myself. I am so sick of walgreens it is always an issue with my prescriptions but when I call my insurance they have no clue what I am talking about. Now I am without insulin and have none until I can talk to someone on Monday.

Today my boyfriend went to get me medicine because I am extremely ill. There is a new girl working the counter and she FORGETS!!! To put my medicine in the bag leaving it in the basket. My boyfriend drove all the way home and realized he didn't have the medicine I needed. So he drives back and nicely explained the situation. The manager and this trainee both told my bf to look down the isles and check his car. This is when he point to the right of her right in front of her face and says "there's the medicine in the basket still right there". I think this is completely unprofessional and rude. They didn't even try to be courteous and helpful. Also my knowledge is the customer comes first and is always right. Also, how hard is it to take things out of a basket, scan them, and then put them into a bag and hand it to my boyfriend. I really think the trainee who was working today at 10am shouldn't work there. And the manager needs a refresher on customer service.
