Do not bring you cat here! I have a long haired male cat who needs sanitary shaves. When I made the appointment with Caley, I was told I had to drop my cat off and pay for a $75 service, despite them offering a $10 while-you-wait shave. Once I got my cat back, I saw the service was not properly done. His belly and legs were shaved/trimmed, but his backside was not. The back of his legs were cut so jagged, it looked like a kindergartner did it with safety scissors. The whole point of the sanitary shave is to keep him clean. His poop is now getting stuck in the jagged cuts more than it was before. I had to take him to another groomer to get it fixed. On top of the service I requested not being done, the owner, Julie, did at least one service that I did not consent to. My cat has chronic ear infections and I have to take very specific care of his ears. Julie told me they cleaned his ears but would not tell me how. I have no idea what tools or products they used and my vet is concerned about damage. We have to watch for the next few weeks. My vet also believes they sedated my cat. When I brought him home, he was incredibly lethargic and would not come out from under my bed for three days. He was acting like he does when he gets a shot, but the lethargy lasted for much longer. When I called to try to resolve the situation, both Julie and Caley screamed at me for 20+ minutes. They called me stupid and said I was lying. They made me describe what the person I dropped him off with looked like (the owner) because they said I was making things up. They offered no solutions to the hack job they did on my cat. When I said if they can't remedy the situation, I would have to leave an honest review, the owner called me heartless. She said she has 3 kids and this is how she supports her family so to leave a bad review would threaten her livelihood. I consider my cat to be part of my family and she threatened his wellbeing, so I don't really care. One bad review isn't going to tank your business, but it might prevent someone else's pet from being mistreated.

They fit me in with short notice, we brought in a rescue cat that was dirty and badly matted. They took great care of him giving him a bath nail trim and a greatly needed shaving. The ladies there were super Friendly and I will definitely go back and also recommend to anyone that may be looking.

Very unprofessional and confrontational when approached with a problem. I have heard multiple complaints about the owner from other friends and coworkers who have tried taking their pet to this facility. Go somewhere else.

Not happy at alll with the results of this time grooming, i didn’t got what i requested.1st pic how she was today before she got there.2nd pic how she usually gets when she gets groomed.3rd pic is what i got today after i picked her up even tho i told them not to cut her face hair to short. ??

Overall I am very happy with this groomer.Although I wish they utilized a little more tech, such as online booking, itemized receipts, and call waiting, they do a great job and have a great price.Cats came back well groomed.Will be returning!

Personally, I'm TERRIBLE at clipping my cat's nails. I have no idea why I'm so bad at it, but I am. As a result, it was becoming difficult to play with him. A co-worker of mine suggested Waggs-N-Whiskers. He said that he takes his cat here often to get its nails clipped and that the staff was kind, in addition to having extremely affordable prices so... I decided to give them a call. I took Severus in for a full Grooming Treatment (which included a shower, haircut, nail clipping, ear cleaning, etc.). While I won't be doing the haircut again, I couldn't be more than happy with the service. The staff called me to let me know how things were going mid service and to let me know when I could come back to get him. I've already scheduled his next two appointments. As long as I'm in Cleveland, I plan to keep returning.

My wife usually takes our puppy in for nails. Always kind, precise and quick. They do a great job here. They've been at it for years. So you know you can count on them to do a good job.

The employees at Wags and Whiskers are amazing with our shy little cat Ramona. She gets one haircut a year and they do a great job keeping calm and happy.

Genuinely very happy with our experience here. We took our 8 mo old poodle here for the first time today. We were worried because he's never been fully groomed before and he has severe separation anxiety. Another groomer we worked with a few months ago refused to fully cut his hair because he "was too noisy" and was "kind of stupid" (as a 5 month old puppy), and as a result he was starting to accumulate bad matting. On top of this he's quite big, so I'm understanding that he might be a bit much to handle.The workers here were incredibly kind and understanding of the situation, and they did a fantastic job on his coat. He looks fantastic. They also said he did a great job, which I'm sure is in no small part to their care and attention to him and keeping him feeling comfortable and safe while my partner and I were out. We will definitely be coming here again.

They took such good care of my senior cat! He got the cutest lion cut to help him with his grooming. The process was quick too. Would recommend this groomer to everyone 10/10

I took my 9 month old Golden Retriever here for his first grooming and I cannot say enough good things about these ladies! They immediately took Sully in like their own, explained everything to me, and called to give me updates. They made me feel so comfortable leaving him there and they were quick! These ladies did a phenomenal job and I can’t wait to take him back!

My fluffy girl needed some extra help getting some mats out of her fur and the ladies here took amazing care of my Juni! She was a bit nervous but they all gave her the attention she needed and then some! I highly recommend them for cat grooming and you can tell the ladies love each pet that comes through those doors as if they were their own! My floof is now so soft and mat free!
