If you're looking for good customer service, do not come here. I went to print documents from my thumb drive and asked if I could plug it directly into the copier. The guy at the counter said he wasn't sure but to go ahead and try. I then had to ask that if I was unsuccessful, could someone help and he responded yes. Long story shorter, that did not work and I got quite the attitude from the woman (presume mgr on duty) when trying to get me on the right path. Once all docs were printed, I asked if they got an automatic count from the copier and he said, "No, you need to count them" in a snide voice. Bottom line, I got what I needed but it seems like a sad theme when reading other reviews.

My package instructions said to bring the item unboxed and UPS would package and label it for me. They wouldn’t package the item and had me purchase the packaging. They didn’t give it a second look when I asked about it and just repeated that I had to purchase a package from them.

Guy at the counter this morning tried to get my wife to ship expensive jewelry in a padded envelope when double boxing is required for insurance. DUH! We have had three issues already this summer with this store so we will be going to the Rocky River store moving forward.

Amazon told me to take my package ? to the UPS store or Whole Foods or Kohls and when I toke it the UPS store, of course I can't take it there, I had to go Whole Foods instead

The manager was willing to file a claim for me in another state and help me out and take all the photos and he did all the work and I appreciate it. I hope all of the UPS stores do that. I give them five stars. I'd give them $10 if I could

Awful employees and service. Place is a dump. Should have trusted my instincts and turned around and walked right back out. Employees sitting around and on phones.
Look at the other reviews, packages have been mishandled. No confidence whatsoever in my packages arriving to their destinations.
Had an issue and the owner, Scott, refused to do more than make a call to UPS just like I did. Said he did all that he could. Really? Doesn’t care and is not willing to help a customer resolve an issue. Sad

I went yesterday to mail a 6 oz package and the employee told me it would cost $26.08. I told her that it was impossible and she responded "well it is." I mailed this same item 3 weeks ago and it was $11/12 dollars (don't remember exactly. I left the store and went to the post office and paid $5.60. Not only this the person behind the counter kept yelling to the back for someone to come out and help in a very unprofessional manner. If I do go back to USP it certainly will not be Lakewood.

Probably the worst ran UPS store I’ve been to. Not really sure how they’re still in business. Lazy incompetent workers and always understaffed. Expect to wait 20 mins to 30 mins for each person ahead of you.

Sharrita, a manager at the store, was incredibly helpful and patient. I was pleasantly surprised by her calm under pressure. I haven't received that level of excellent customer service in years.
