Excellent service and very knowledgeable and helpful. Was returning equipment that I wasn't sure how to box safely and properly. Convenient location as well.

My package instructions said to bring the item unboxed and UPS would package and label it for me. They wouldn’t package the item and had me purchase the packaging. They didn’t give it a second look when I asked about it and just repeated that I had to purchase a package from them.
