Same as previous review I was on the phone with my bank with an ATM problem with my card. Guy started harassing me about me not being a customer. I said I would be if not treated so rudely!!! Fk that place service is the worst. Fire everyone there! I will call Sunoco corporate!

It's no wonder that there's rarely any business. I stopped to pick up a doordash and was going to get gas shortly after I picked it up. But the garage manager snapped because I picked up my doordash delivery prior to getting gas. Claimed there was free parking, yet the street was filled.Would say don't go here, but looks like nobody does anyways.

Called Lucas Auto Center when I got a flat tire. They were able to schedule me quickly, get the tire patched up extremely quickly at a very fair price, and service and staff were very friendly! Definitely keeping them in mind for next time!

$8 for an all water rinse!! No suds at all. Straight trash. Probably putting water in your gas tanks also!

I live very close to Lucas Auto Center and have frequent the center a great deal over the past seven years. I regularly purchase gas, lottery, and have even purchased tires from the location. The individuals that work the sales counter are always so kind. Unfortunately, my encounters with the owner have been horrible. His customer service is simply horrible and rude. My most recent interaction involves me stopping at the service garage after I got gas and asked if they could get the screw off my license plate as it needed a little muscle or a ratchet. The service associate indicated that he needed to ask the owner. The owner said I need to leave the car and that it would be $10. What? It would have taken him 2 min to get if off. Same way he treated me when I asked could I park my car for 5 min while walked to my house a few houses down to get my wallet I left home. Couldn't get on my street because of construction. Even after the the sales associate explained that I come to the store all the time. He said absolutely not. I went down the street to another location (Marathon). I was treated with respect and it literally took 1 min. and no charge. I offered $5 after the service and they declined it. That will be my new location for gas and whatever else they offer.

I got gas here last week and now my car won't work right. I think they dilute their gas. Don't buy here if you need reliability.

My car has very low profile tires and I had a hard time finding a shop that would mount a new set for me. Lucas Auto Center seemed happy to do the work, so I gave them my keys, signed an authorization form, and waited. The process would take an hour and a half, they said. After two hours, a mechanic came out of the garage and placed a number of chewed up lugs on the coffee table. Many were missing the metal a tire iron rests on. "We finally got your tires off, but we destroyed most of your lug studs in the process. They swell and we couldn't get the proper tool on them. You'll have to leave your car here with us and we'll order new ones for your car, but they're not cheap and we can only get them from the dealer." These parts are $14 A PIECE, and I have 16. I had places to be and needed my car to get to them, so I started crying. Rather than stop and ask me what I would like to do after they destroyed the FIRST nut, they kept going and tore up almost ever one on the car. I complained (the person who was not the manager totally agreed with me but wouldn't go to bat over it) and they put the lugs back on, but there's no way to get them off without special equipment now, and when I asked if I could order online and provide my own and have them put on, they said "Sure, but we'll have to charge you." These people damaged my vehicle and overcharged me. Almost $200 to have tires mounted and balanced and the car in worse shape than I started.

Dishonest snarky bad customer service sold me chinese tires that cost $50 a piece for 120 each they didnt even have priciny in their book for the said tires . Unless u are a big business giving them tons of money you do not matter . Sadly i bought gas there for the past 20 years and he lost a long time customer because of his dishonesty and greed . ITS ILLEGAL TO SELL ANYTHING YOU CANNOT HAVE PRICING ON BUT LOOKS LIKE LUCAS AUTO CENTER IS ABOVE THE LAW.
