I'm a professional painter who's been around for a long time and this is the hands down the best location with all the best employees Riley the rep knows his stuff and keeps his store in the best shape of any other location of Sherwin-Williams in Cleveland. The other managers and staff at this location are always super professional and seem to be trained to be top tier Sherwin employees better than I've seen in years at other locations. When I'm doing jobs on the west side I typically try to make this my stop because I know if I choose this location it will be done right and my money will be made.

Love this location!! Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff and management. Gunner helped me address an issue I had with my shower pan, now its looking brand new!!

I was just quoted over $1,200 for 5 gallons of fire retardant intumescent paint, can get the same protection ratings from paint at home Depot for $360. No more than $400 all over the internet. There seems to be some strange business model, as the associate said manager may be able to reduce the cost to a better range but that associate could not reach a manager at the time.Boooooooo. I tried.
