INCREDIBLY rude! I had a problem with the pump and the man inside yelled at me and told me to hurry up. Then he turned away from me and his colleague rubbed his back as I offended HIM. I won't be back.

This is by far the absolute WORST gas station that I have ever went to!!! I stopped in there to get cigarettes & the foreign guy working there was EXTREMELY rude! So needless to say, today was the first and the LAST time that I will ever go back there!

I go here often because I live nearby. Owner is nice enough. The pumps however seem to always be having problems. Often the screen is frozen, or has various error messages. Recently I went there and almost every single pump had a different type of error message, or a blank screen. Sometimes they work but pump INCREDIBLY slow. Also the gas here is usually a little more expensive than other Shells, such as in Fairview or Rocky River, from my experience anyway. They should put in free air pumps like GetGo does. Wishful thinking of course.

I had a hard week and went in to purchase cigarettes, and the larger employee (Arab/Indian?) Guy gave me a Very hard time about paying in change and embarrassed me to the the fullest. As if he doesn't understand hard times, when he works at shell. It's sad because I go here almost everyday and everyone else knows me and are so kind to me, he has to ruin it! Hope management sees this!
