This place is so satisfying. With membership you have access to vacuums, cleaning rags and I just discovered the air gun for the hard to vacuum spots.

Update: I got a call from the manager and they have added two marked buckets with brushes at the car wash one being for the grill. I appreciate the prompt attention to this matter. This is how you run a business. Thank you and I’m revising my review.
I have a membership and until today I was fairly happy. Even though I go through at least once a week my car is never super clean. My car had a lot of bugs from a trip so stopped at the bug wash area before going through the car was and was stopped by an employee. Apparently the brushes are only for windshields, not for the grill area or anywhere except for the windshield. The boss told them to stop people using the brushes for other areas because then they don’t have to change the water so often. This is absurd. Btw my car is still covered in bug guts.

I pay nearly $40 a month to enter through members only only to wait because they signed someone up and 5 cars went through the other line. Attendant was a jerk! This I’ll stick to westlake locations. Every time is an issue at Lakewood

I came here when it was Bee Clean. I like the Vacuums. But, $11 for the cheapest wash is ridiculous. I'll go somewhere else.

Yikes at the price increase since new ownership. Used to be $5 for the same wash that is now $11. More than double!! And the employees “suggest you get at least the silver” which is $13. The machine itself is as good as ever so they can have 3 stars but insane price increases.

Really miss Bee Clean. This new company comes in, jacks up the prices and gets rid of the small personal details. The attendants used to scrub brush the car down and loosen up the grime. Now we pay more for a less clean car. I don't need someone to walk me through a touch screen and try to sell me a membership, I need a car wash that gets my car clean.
