this place is terrible!!! gave me a sick bluey and he had mites. i’ve never had a reptile so i didn’t know much about these and i caught them too late and he passed away. not to mention in the store they gave me 0 info about him and the kid checking me out was only focused on flirting with me. so uncomfortable and now i can’t get rid of the stupid mites. read the reviews so i didn’t even bother asking for a refund. would be a waste of time it seems. i’ve never left a review on anything before, but i have to warn people to stay away from this awful place !!!! there’s a wonderful place in Stow and they know a ton about the babies they carry so if you’re looking for a place, go there!! or literally anywhere but here.

They have a gorgeous red tail boa and the ones who are working there tonight wouldn't let us hold her to see how she would react to us but they were saying it would stress her out unless we were buying her but WE ARE Volunteers at a reptile shelter and deal with snakes twice as big without them getting stressed out and they love being handled.
I Refuse to go back there the place is going into the ground.

Victor was very helpful today. With my bearded dragon lighting. He told us which ones would work best for our set up. And the Acadia 50 watt really did the trick!! He loved the crickets as well. Cya soon!

My wife has a picky snake, and we had to find live rats. This place had both live and frozen for half the price of petco. Definitely worth checking them out.

I saw more dead animals than alive. The staff said they didn’t get a chance to check out the inventory. A dead yelllow headed gecko floating in an over abundance of water, numerous dead pixie frogs thrown underneath with the mantises and spiders. 2 dead Savannah monitors. Very sad.

Bought an Amazon tree boa online and came in covered with mites. Will not be ordering from here again. It’s not hard to get rid of them but seeing how this is a pet store it has to be disgusting and filled with mites at location. Please check out your reptiles before doing anything.

Why is your female employee hacking and coughing like an uneducated child with no manners!?? We heard ridiculous coughing loud end to alarm the entire store she was sick!! And coughing like it’s normal not to cover your face or cough!! Please educate your staff! I walked right out of the store as she decided to cough all over the store like it’s some kind of disrespectful joke. How uneducated is she!?
