My pups look great, they smell great, and they groomed them exactly how I like!! Will definitely be back. As soon as we walked out the door someone walking down the street commented on how cute they were and I have to give credit to how well they were groomed! (:

I cannot recommend the grooming loft enough! Sophie was the first groomer that we took our puppy to and she was very, very patient and kind towards her that now (at one and a half years old) she is THRILLED to go to the groomer! I think that alone speaks volumes for the type of care Sophie provides to dogs she is tending to. I am sad we will be moving away soon as it will take time to find another groomer who we can trust and appreciate the good care that Sophie provides.

I dropped our 5 - month old kitty off for his first grooming, and when I picked him up he was so soft & smelled so good!
Cute little place with a nice vibe, staff was super friendly with the animals & it was wasy to book the appointment.
Fairly priced. I will be taking our kitty & possibly older dog in for regular grooming for sure.

Absolutely outstanding! Very professional and compassionate. I loved the way she wanted know about my dog’s history and showed genuine concern about his health issues. I will NEVER take my dog to another groomer. He looks fantastic! His cut and his coat are top notch and I am so happy to have finally found his Forever groomer !

So happy to have found Eric again! We used to go to him at a previous place, but he left and we never knew where he went. He always does an amazing job with our husky Apollo! And Apollo absolutely loves him and this grooming salon! He usually has such an anxiety, but I'm learning that it was a difference in groomer, and not salon. He was bouncing around all happy when we picked him up and he didn't want to leave. And this place is very affordable! Will be back!

Eric is fabulous! I was nervous bringing a 70lb rescue dog to get groomed because we didn't know what to expect. From the start Eric was in control and so kind. Ozzie looks fabulous and he obviously feels better (every mat gone). There is no doubt --we will be back and we will request Eric.

Can not praise this place enough! Clean salon with veiw of bathing area and products, all clients and groomers of the day listed in lobby, Sophie was friendly and sweet durng check in, open about grooming expectations, and got my cat done in around an hour and charged what I thought was very cheap for a feline de-shed. As someone who works in the pet industry myself this is the type of salon anyone would be lucky to work at, and I will not only be bringing my girl back when needed, but recomending Sophie and her team for any clients I have looking for cat grooming or salons on the west side.

Sophie is kind, thoughtful and very caring with my little Abraham. She always takes him first so he doesn’t have to be there too long due to a heart condition. And, he looks so handsome when he is finished- neck tie and all!
